| To promote the reduction of construction waste is an important part of construction waste management,which is also an important measure to save resources,protect the environment and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.Construction waste reduction refers to reducing the amount of hazardous waste to a feasible minimum in construction projects to reduce the impact of waste on the environment and promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.At present,the management system of construction waste reduction in many countries is not perfect enough,and there is a lack of attention to source planning and incentive policies in the reduction management.Therefore,it is particularly important to accurately identify the important influencing factors of construction waste reduction in each stage of construction projects.Since there are many factors affecting the reduction of construction waste,in order to explore the important factors and analyze their importance in the reduction of waste.First of all,on the basis of literature review,this study analyzes the influence source waste reduction plan,the key factor for incentives to reduce waste,analysis of formation mechanism of every index,and using questionnaire to collect data and software SPSS22.0 to analyze its reliability validity and reuse AMOS22.0 software construction waste reduction structural equation model is established,and put forward the theoretical assumptions by inspection and analysis.Secondly,starting from the important influencing factors of construction waste reduction,it is divided into two subsystems: incentive policy waste reduction and source plan waste reduction,and a dynamic simulation model of construction waste reduction is built by using Vensim PLE software.In order to observe the reduction effect of combined policies and single policies,which scheme has the better reduction effect,five reduction scenarios were set:In Scenario 5,Scenario 1(incentive policy-source plan combination),Scenario 3(source waste reduction plan support)and Scenario 4(incentive policy support),the reduction effects of these scenarios are simulated and predicted for 15 years.Finally,the output results of each scenario are compared and analyzed.The results show that:(1)The path coefficient of government subsidies on the waste reduction of incentive policies is 0.52.Compared with other measures,government subsidies have the least impact on the reduction.(2)waste management,waste of sustainability,government subsidies,construction contracts,construction design,building materials,transportation,building materials field management planning,storage of building materials and construction site operation nine key influence factors on the incentives to reduce waste,waste reduction has a positive significant influence source plan,among them,the incentive policy of "waste management act" and the source of the planned "building materials transportation" is believed to be construction waste reduction in two of the most important driving factor.(3)The path coefficient β value of waste reduction by construction waste management behavior and incentive policy,transportation of building materials and source plan is 0.98,and the path coefficient β value of waste reduction by source plan is 0.97 for building materials storage and construction site operation,which have the most significant effect on the reduction of construction waste among all factors.(4)Based on the dynamic model simulation of the construction waste reduction system,five simulation scenarios for reduction were analyzed and the effects of each scenario were obtained: Scenario 5 and 1(incentive policy-source plan combination)> scenario 3(source waste reduction plan support)> scenario 4(incentive policy support).It can be seen that the reduction effect of the combination policy of source plan waste reduction and incentive policy waste reduction is better than the implementation effect of a single policy.This research has explores the construction waste reduction,from the static point view of structural equation modelling analysis and the dynamic point view of system dynamics analysis respectively,puts forward feasible suggestions and strategies for China’s construction waste management.The findings are helpful to deepen stakeholders’ understanding of the reduction measures at various stages of construction projects,let them realize the importance of restraining construction waste from the source.To some extent,the simulation result expandes and improves the theoretical system of construction waste reduction,the result also provides reference for decision-makers to formulate relevant policies for construction waste reduction. |
