Model Exploration And Economic Effect Prediction Of Wetland "Ecological Bank" In The Source Region Of The Yellow River

Under the macro background of socialism with Chinese characteristics on construction of ecological civilization,our country has held meeting about discussing the contents of ecological protection and governance in Yellow River for many times,it has made the ecological construction of Yellow River to a new height,and the source area of the Yellow River is the top priority in Ecological management;However,the ecological environment in there has been deteriorated seriously now,and mainly realized as wetland area shrinking,biodiversity decline,ecological function degradation,etc.Meanwhile,the funds on the ecological management of the source area of the Yellow River are still mainly rely on financial support,which restricts the financial guarantee for ecological governance,so explore innovative ecological protection and governance paths actively,broaden the ecological environmental protection financing channels,and provide continuous and stable financial support is an important measure to Realize the coordinated and high-quality development of ecology and economy.This paper takes the ecological bank model as the main body,and takes the wetland resource protection and development as the research object.Based on the experience of the US Wetland Mitigation Bank and the Fujian Nanping Ecological Bank,it tries to construct a wetland ecological bank model in the source area of the Yellow River,and analysis its formation logic and operating mechanism;Besides,the paper sorts out the causal relationship and attributes among the internal elements of the wetland ecological bank systematically and establishes a system dynamics model,so that we can predict the model’s economic effects by simulation.The simulation and prediction results show that the establishment of the wetland ecological bank model can effectively promote the capitalization of resources in the source area,thereby driving the continuous growth of the regional economy;in addition,in the process of scenario simulation,as the eco-bank’s investment promotion coefficient increases at a fixed rate of 20%,the growth rates of regional GDP and wetland resource economic efficiency indicators are all increasing.This indicates that the economic effect level of the ecological bank model continues to be significant with the extension of the operating life.Therefore,this paper thinks that the wetland ecological bank model is feasible and necessary,and it is very important for the high-quality development of ecology and economy in the source area of the Yellow River.
