Research On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Jiangxi Province

At present,China’s ecological construction has changed from the stage of protection and construction to the stage of civilization construction.Accompanying it are the tremendous changes in the economic and social fields since the reform and opening up for more than 40 years.The main contradictions in the initial stage of socialism have changed.Therefore,the research on the construction of ecological civilization has increasingly become the focus of academic research,and the necessity and special importance of the research on the construction of ecological civilization have become increasingly prominent.Compared with the academic achievements of traditional ecological research,the research on the construction of ecological civilization has the diversity of research subjects,the comprehensiveness of the research content and the strong realistic orientation of the research.China’s reform has entered the deep water area,and the concept of ecological civilization has initially taken shape.The construction of ecological civilization is also exploring by crossing the river by feeling the stones.The typical representative is the construction of ecological civilization experimental areas,Fujian Province,Guizhou Province,and Provinces such as Jiangxi Province have been included in the pilot provinces of the Ecological Civilization Pilot Zone.Great achievements have been made in the construction of the current ecological civilization experimental zone,which has made great contributions to optimizing China’s ecological environment and building a livable urban and rural society.It is still to be pointed out that reform and construction cannot be accomplished overnight,and the process of ecological civilization construction will inevitably lead to detours,and problems will inevitably occur during the construction of the ecological civilization experimental zone.These problems deserve the attention and attention of eco-construction scholars and practitioners.the study.In view of this,this paper selects Jiangxi Province,one of the experimental areas of China’s ecological civilization,as the main object of research,and because of the strong public goods nature of ecological civilization,the main research perspective is limited to the administrative management agencies-Jiangxi Provincial Government agencies and Departments.In terms of research methods,this article adopts the methods commonly used in public management research-literature analysis,comparative analysis and experience summary method.The research data in this article mainly comes from the laws and regulations,policy documents and supervision reports issued by the Jiangxi Provincial Government and departments in the process of ecological civilization construction after the construction of the ecological civilization pilot demonstration zone in Jiangxi Province in 2014 and the National Bureau of Statistics online The content of the database is presented in the form of articles and data charts.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Jiangxi has made every effort to build a national ecological civilization experimental zone,insisting on advancing the construction of ecological civilization in an all-round,entire river basin,entire system,and entire process,giving full play to the advantages of green ecology.This article reviews the status quo of the construction of ecological civilization in Jiangxi Province and summarizes some of the achievements.However,during the construction of the experimental area,some problems will inevitably be encountered,mainly in the following aspects: First,the ecological system is not Soundness,the second is the backwardness of ecological civilization education,the third is the weak ecological awareness,and the fourth is that the environmental pollution problem has not been fundamentally improved.In order to solve these problems,this article then draws on the advanced experience of the construction of ecological civilization in two provinces,both of which are also experimental areas of ecological civilization-Fujian Province and Guizhou Province,and analyzes the experience and lessons that Jiangxi Province can learn from it.By analyzing the status quo of the construction of ecological civilization in Jiangxi Province and discovering the existing problem,just to find a way to improve,including improving the ecological civilization system,promoting industrial transformation and upgrading,strengthening the research and development support of green technologies,and optimizing nature.Allocation of resource property rights,overall coordination of green industrial layout,promotion of awareness of ecological civilization,improvement of ecological culture propaganda system,exploration of characteristic ecological and cultural resources,improvement of pollution prevention and control system,deepening of comprehensive pollution prevention and control,and jointly creating a new ecological civilization with bluer sky and clearer water Jiangxi.
