With the growth of population, people’s demand for food is increasing. For a long time,in order to ensure food security and the supply of agricultural products, growers widely use a large number of chemical fertilizers.Chemical fertilizers can provide essential nutrients for plants, but the large use of chemical fertilizers also brings harm to the environment.Recent studies show that the structure of soil microbial community has changed significantly under human intervention.Local growers in Xinjiang often use the aboveground part of Sophora alopecuroides as green manure in the rhizosphere of crops to improve the sweetness of melons. However, there is not enough research on the changes of microbial community structure in the rhizosphere of watermelon and melon roots after applying sweetening fertilizer and the relationship between microorganisms and sugar accumulation in melon fruit,Matrine showed aphicidal activity and antibacterial activity in previous studies, and was used as an agricultural insecticide in production. The application potential of Sophora alopecuroides in agriculture still needs to be developed. In this study,an organic manure was developed from bitter bean and sheep manure. The mechanism of action of organic manure to improve sweetness was explored, and the mechanism of action of alkaloids contained in bitter beans to improve sweetness was investigated in the following year.At the same time, the strains with high efficiency of phosphorus, potassium and nitrogen fixation were isolated from the rhizosphere of local crops, and mixed with the previously isolated biocontrol bacteria to form a compound microbial flora with coexistence and collaborative growth of various strains. In the follow-up experiments, they were applied to melon, watermelon, eggplant and other crops to verify their application value Effects of alkaloid and compound microbial fertilizer on Rhizosphere microecology of crops. The results showed that the application of organic manure from bitter beans altered the composition and function of bacterial and fungal communities, promoted the growth of beneficial bacteria in the rhizosphere of melon plants, and increased the abundance of Pseudomonas, bacillus,Mycobacterium,Burkholderia,The abundances of Streptomyces,Acinetobacter,Proteobacteria,Lysobacter, actinomycetes,Penicillium, and Aspergillus increase the supply of phosphorus to the plant, which in turn increases the sugar content of the fruit to achieve a sweetening effect.Picrosirius alkaloids,on the other hand, increase nutrient uptake by increasing the abundance of tricharina, botryotrichum, zopfeiella, mycothermus and Thermomyces and consequently sugar content of the fruit to achieve a sweetening effect.Elevated abundances of aeromicrobium, alterythrobacter, erythrobacter, hypomicrobium, pedomicrobium, steroidobacter,Streptomyces, and Lysobacter in the rhizosphere of tomato plants applied with alkaloid and compound microbial manure promoted the increase in chlorophyll content, which was beneficial to tomato plants through enhanced photosynthesis to enhance the sugar accumulation of fruits and achieve a sweetening effect. |
