Abstract/Summary:
With the development and progress of the society,the application of glass has become more and more extensive,especially in the automobile industry and the construction industry.Ordinary glass will be broken under general impact,toughened glass will be broken under greater force impact,once broken,produce long and sharp fragments or the fine particles without acute Angle,constitute great threat to personal safety.Even if the laminated glass is broken under the impact of external force,the remaining fragments will adhere to the intermediate film of the material sandwich,which greatly reduces the falling and splashing of fragments and can better protect personal safety.Laminated glass is made by placing polymer film between two or more glass substrates through hot pressing.It is a kind of safety glass with excellent performance.Compared with the traditional ordinary glass,it has excellent safety,sound insulation and radiation protection performance.At present,laminated glass is more and more widely used in automobile glass,high-rise building,military industry and daily life.To further improve the impact resistance and sound insulation performance of laminated glass,meet the extreme application requirements in more projects,and maintain the lightweight and safe functional characteristics,it is necessary to develop a kind of high mechanical properties of laminated glass intermediate polymer film material.In this paper,a new functional polymer fiber skeleton structure was introduced into the polymer intermediate film by combining electrospinning technology with hot pressing technology to improve the mechanical properties and sound insulation properties of the glass sandwich intermediate polymer film.Firstly,two functional polymers PA6 and PVDF were selected as raw materials to prepare PA6 fiber and PVDF fiber membrane by electrospinning technology.The influence of electrospinning conditions on the morphology regulation of fiber membrane was discussed in detail,including electric field intensity,spinning distance,spinning speed,different substrates,solution concentration and so on.The thickness and diameter of the fibers can be precisely controlled by controlling the time of electrospinning and the concentration of the spinning solution.Then,taking PVB as the main material and modified object of the glass sandwich intermediate film,the functional polymer fiber spun was embedded into PVB film through hot pressing process to obtain the modified PVB intermediate film.Finally,by characterizing the mechanical properties,light transmittance,sound insulation performance and impact strength of laminated glass of modified PVB film,the preparation process was further optimized to obtain the best process conditions,which laid a foundation for the subsequent production and research of high performance and safety laminated glass.
