| Cucurbit[n]uril(CB[n]s)is another generation of supramolecular host after cyclodextrin,calixarene and pillararene.It is a kind of rigid cage compounds bridged by methylene with glycoluril as the structural unit.And it has the characteristics of polar carbonyl ports and hydrophobic rigid cavities,which can specifically identify the guest,form the host-guest complex and multi-function chemical sensor.In this thesis,two supramolecular inclusion complexes cucurbit[7]uril-berberine(CB[7]-BER)and cucurbit[7]uril-phenazopyridine(CB[7]-PHE)based on CB[7]were successfully prepared by supramolecular self-assembly.The formation of chemical sensors were characterized by fluorescence spectrum,UV-vis spectrum,infrared spectrum,powder X-ray diffraction,~1H NMR and so on.The specific work were as follows:1.A supramolecular method for the determination of vildagliptin(VLG)based on the fluorescence sensing properties of CB[7]-BER inclusion complex was established.Firstly,the formation of host-guest complex CB[7]-BER was investigated by fluorescence spectrum and ~1H NMR.The results showed that BER enters the CB[7]cavity through hydrophobic and ion-dipole interactions to form complex with host-guest ratio of 1:1.Due to the strong fluorescence of CB[7]-BER in aqueous solution,the fluorescence of the system was quenched with the addition of VLG.We constructed a fluorescence sensor for the analytical application of VLG.And the minimum detection limit is 2.1nM.2.A supramolecular method for the determination of spermine(SPM)based on the UV sensing properties of CB[7]-PHE inclusion complex was established.Firstly,the formation of supramolecular complex CB[7]-PHE was investigated by the UV-vis spectrum and ~1H NMR.The results showed that PHE enters the CB[7]cavity through hydrophobic and dipole-dipole interactions to form an complex with host-guest ratio of 1:1.After adding SPM to the CB[7]-PHE,the UV absorption spectrum showed obvious blue shift.We constructed an UV sensor for the analytical application of SPM.And the minimum detection limit is 21nM. |
