Ionic liquid is a new type of green solvent,it has the characteristics of non-volatile,non-oxidizing,non-explosive,good electrical conductivity,high thermal stability,etc.So it has received more and more attention,It has become a hot spot in the field of chemical research and industrial development.In this experiment,the brominated N-heptylpyridine ionic liquid intermediate and HeP-OAc ionic liquid were prepared.The structure of the intermediate is analyzed by infrared spectroscopy.Finally,the ionic liquid is characterized by infrared.Analyze the characteristic peaks in the spectrum,it is clear that the relevant target product has been synthesized.The experiment explores the solubility of HeP-OAc ionic liquid in 13 different solvents.UV qualitative analysis: Measure the ultraviolet spectrum of HeP-OAc in water,ethanol and acetonitrile solution.Determine the maximum absorption wavelength of HeP-OAc in different solvents.UV quantitative analysis: Select 7 concentration gradients at the maximum absorption wavelength,Measure the corresponding absorbance and draw a standard working curve.Simultaneously perform linear correlation range experiment,explaine the selection of quantitative analysis concentration.Finally,a standard recovery experiment is carried out to verify the feasibility of the operation.Experiment on infrared quantitative analysis of HeP-OAc,Infrared spectroscopy measurement in ethanol,methanol,and acetonitrile,divide each solution into six concentration gradients,measure concentration and absorbance relationship spectrum,use the least square method to get K2 and R2 under different wave numbers,and draw the image.Use the selected analytical peak to draw the standard curve of each solvent.Finally,the recovery rate ranges of the standard addition recovery experiment from96.24% to 103.76%.Finally,this experiment explores the fluorescence spectrum of HeP-OAc.The maximum emission wavelength and fluorescence intensity of HeP-OAc ionic liquid in five different solvents are measured.Then divide the ionic liquid into two major systems:Water system and acetonitrile system.The relationship between the concentration of HeP-OAc and the fluorescence intensity is determined and a standard curve is drawn.Draw conclusions based on changes in fluorescence intensity in mixed solvents: The ratio of solvent to acetonitrile or water affects the fluorescence intensity.At the same time,it is observed that the p H of the solution is also related to the fluorescence intensity: in the aqueous solutio,the fluorescence intensity of the solution is maximum when p H=8.in the acetonitrile solution,the largest when the p H=7.But after the p H exceeds the maximum value,the fluorescence intensity begins to decrease.Finally,the analysis experiments on the fluorescence quantum yield and light fading resistance of HeP-OAc were carried out. |
