Benzothiazole compounds have very excellent fluorescence properties.And many benzothiazole fluorophores have AIE properties,and have a wide range of uses in the field of fluorescent probes.In this paper,2-(2′-aminophenyl)benzothiazole and 2-(2′-hydroxyphenyl)benzothiazole are used as fluorophore skeletons.Through structural modification,four kinds of fluorophores that can be used under high water content have been synthesized.Fluorescent probe that recognizes ions.And inspected its fluorescence properties and its ability to recognize ions.1.The probe YBTM was synthesized.The probe YBTM has AIE properties.Use diammonium tartrate to mask the potential interference of Fe3+.In the DMF/H2O(1/9,v/v,HEPES 10 m M,p H=7.4)system,the probe has high selectivity to Fe2+and strong anti-interference ability.It can quickly respond to Fe2+within 3 minutes,and the detection limit is as low as 2.46×10-6 M.The probe YBTM can be applied to fluorescence imaging of Fe2+in MCF-7 cells.2.The probe YBTS was synthesized.The probe YBTS has AIE properties.In CH3OH/H2O(5/95,HEPES 10 m M,p H=7.4)solution,under the influence of masking agent diammonium tartrate to mask Fe3+,the probe has good selectivity to Fe2+.It has strong anti-interference ability.It can quickly respond to Fe2+within 4minutes,high sensitivity and detection limit is as low as 4.05×10-6 M.In addition,the probe YBTS can be used for Fe2+fluorescence imaging of MCF-7 cells.3.The probe HMTD-HS was synthesized.HMTD-HS adds HS-to CH3OH/H2O(2/8,v/v,PBS 20 m M,p H=8.1),which can cause the release of HMT,an intermediate with AIE properties,and exhibit open-type fluorescence.The probe specifically recognizes HS-and is not affected by other ions.It can detect HS-in the p H range of 8-10,with a detection limit as low as 3.978×10-6 M.In addition,the probe can detect H2S produced during the spoilage of raw meat.4.The probe HYXZ-ClO was synthesized.In the pure water system,the probe can detect ClO-sensitively and specifically,with a detection limit as low as4.13×10-6 M,and it is not interfered by other ions.In addition,the probe can sensitively detect ClO-in water samples.
