Study On Operation Risk Management Of Xi’an Metro Vehicle System

With the rapid development of urbanization in China,metro has become an indispensable public transportation for people to travel.As the core carrier of metro operation,vehicle system directly affects the safety of metro operation.By studying the operation risk management of Xi’an metro vehicle system,this paper provides countermeasures and suggestions for improving the risk management level of Xi’an metro and controlling the operation risk of vehicles.Taking the operation risk management of Xi’an metro vehicle system as the research object,this paper firstly introduces the meaning of the operation risk management of metro vehicle system,and takes the risk management theory and the public goods theory as the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,This paper describes the current situation of operation risk management of Xi’an metro vehicle system,identifies the existing risks of the vehicle system through literature research and expert interview,and determines the list of factors affecting the operation risk of the vehicle system.Based on this,the operation risk evaluation index system of Xi’an metro vehicle system is constructed.Again,through the questionnaire investigation for vehicle system operational risk evaluation index data,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the risk level and draw the conclusion: Xi’an metro vehicle system is in the general risk level,including personnel,environment and management factors in the general level of risk,equipment factors at a higher level of risk.Finally,according to different risk factors,risk control countermeasures are proposed: Strengthen personnel management,advocate people-oriented,smooth feedback channels,and establish a long-term mechanism;Improve the management of facilities and equipment,put forward and improve the maintenance system,introduce advanced technology,and strengthen the quality control;Strengthen environmental management,put forward the establishment of early warning mechanism,improve decision-making level,strengthen emergency management;Strengthen the management measures,improve the management ability,improve the management system,build a harmonious team.
