| Polyvinyl chloride(PVC)has excellent performance and is widely used.It is easy to degrade because of its instability in heat.Therefore,heat stabilizers must be added in processing.Traditional thermal stabilizers containing toxic,has now been banned in most sectors,commonly used,better development prospect of non-toxic stabilizers is calcium-zinc heat stabilizer,in this kind of heat stabilizers need with auxiliary stabilizers can have high thermal stability performance,beta diketone is a common type of high-performance early auxiliary heat stabilizers,because of its form complexes with some metal ions,the color of PVC be deepened,such as form complexes with Fe3+can make PVC products to become red.In order to find a high performance primary type of auxiliary heat stabilizers that can replace beta diketone,this paper synthesized hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters containing a variety of functional groups,and studied its performance and gradation rule as PVC heat stabilizers and lubricant,and analyzed its principle.The main contents and results are as follows:1.The study of hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters synthesis,find that hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters can be used"solvent-free method",by maleic anhydride fatty acid polyol esters(polymerization of 1,3,6,10 of polyglycerol monostearate,aggregation number is 1,3,6,10 of polyglycerol oleic acid esters,pentaerythritol monostearate and glycol monostearate)synthesis.2."Oven discoloration method"is used to determine the impact on maleic anhydride for alcohol esters,and hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters thermal stabilizer type and mechanism,and tests the hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters substances and beta diketone HDBM(methylene benzoyl)and calcium-zinc heat stabilizers,the thermal stability of the thermal stability of comparative evaluation of each other,and analyze the grading rule,the results show that:(1)On the basis of alcohol esters access maleic anhydride can improve the thermal stability of it as heat stabilizers,and maleic acid fatty acid is polyol esters auxiliary heat stabilizers,the majority of maleic acid,fatty acid polyol esters thermal stability are stronger than HDBM,maleic acid fatty acid polyol esters,unlike HDBM structure,won’t make the product is red,the thermal stability of thermal stability increases with number of esterification performance decreases,and with the increase of thermal stability of polymerization number increased,maleic acid polyglycerol single than maleic acid oleic acid ester,thermal stability of the single glycerol stearic acid.(2)The mechanism of action of maleic acid fatty acid polyols esters is to replace the chlorine atoms in the unstable chlorine structure of PVC by forming a complex with zinc ions,Zn Cl2,the active substance that catalyzes the decomposition of PVC,is passivated to play the role of thermal stability.(3)Maleic acid fatty acid polyols esters have a strong inhibition of"zinc burning".(4)When hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters and HDBM were combined with hydrotalcite synergistic heat stabilizers,the latter had better thermal stability.3.The resin lubrication performance,transparency and frost-spraying performance of hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters were tested by"torque rheometer plasticizing time method","mist meter method"and"Ca Cl2 accelerated frost-spraying method",and the gradation rule was analyzed.The results showed that:(1)All hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters have internal lubricity,which is of good compatibility with PVC,and most hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters have stronger internal lubricity than HSt.The internal lubrication performance of maleic acid polyglycerin mono-stearic acid increased first and then decreased with the increase of polymerization number at the inflection point of polymerization number 3.The internal lubrication performance of maleic acid polyglycerin monoleate first decreases and then increases with the increase of the polymerization number at the inflection point of polymerization number 3.The internal lubrication performance of hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters increased with the increase of esterification number.(2)Most of the hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters have a minimal degree of frost spraying,and the better the compatibility with PVC,the less frost spraying.(3)The transparency of hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters is related to the polymerization number,and the transparency decreases with the increase of the polymerization number.The hydrogen maleate·fatty acid polyol esters synthesized by molecular assembly method can solve the problem of red PVC caused by beta diketone and the problem of poor compatibility between additives and PVC.It shows that the research method of molecular assembly and the development of new multi-functional additives for PVC have a certain scientific nature. |
