The new type of solar tile is made of synthetic resin(such as PVC,ABS,PP,etc.)as the main material,added with processing aids such as impact modifiers,lubricants,and the use of extrusion technology to make building roof tiles.This article first analyzes the heat collection theory of the new solar tile.The heat collection efficiency,selective absorption coating and the daily useful heat of the heat collection tile system are analyzed.Then,the performance of the new type solar collector tile was studied experimentally,including the selective absorption coating,the basic performance of the synthetic resin decorative tile and the safety performance of the new type solar collector tile.A new type of solar collector tile heat collection efficiency experiment platform was built,and its heat collection efficiency was tested and analyzed.An experimental platform for the new solar collector tile system was built to test the daily useful heat gain and daily average collector efficiency of the new solar collector tile system.The experiment tests and analyzes the heat collection efficiency of the system under different water storage tank and collector tile area ratio and weather conditions.Finally,the feasibility of the new solar collector tile is analyzed.A typical new solar collector tile system project was selected,and the design selection points,construction and installation requirements and economic feasibility were analyzed and studied. |
