The rapid development of the stone industry and construction industry makes diamond saw blades as cutting tools have broad prospects.Because of uneven hardness,uneven tooth division and flatness error,the saw blade will have problems such as unbalanced quality.The unbalanced quality will not only cause vibration and noise in the high-speed cutting of the saw blade,reduce the cutting quality and overall stability of the workpiece,but also affect the personal safety of the operator.This article mainly focuses on the control of the unbalance of the saw blade base and the grinding device.The main research contents are as follows:In order to facilitate the calculation of the unbalance of the saw blade matrix,it is first simplified to a general rigid disc rotor model.The processing method of the rotor imbalance is analyzed,and the expression method of the rotor imbalance and the rotor balance theory are discussed in detail,thereby determining the measurement method of the blade imbalance.Through the relationship between the centrifugal inertial force generated by the unbalanced amount of the saw blade base and the vibration amplitude and phase,the measurement system of the unbalanced amount of the diamond saw blade base is determined.Establish the cutting model of diamond saw blades,calculate the number of teeth involved in the cutting process and the lateral and radial sawing forces received by the cutting teeth;determine the position of the unbalanced weight according to the radius and phase of the unbalanced amount,and Based on this,the multi-point re-grinding strategy for unbalance is determined;the relationship between the grinding depth and the number of grinding of a single tooth groove in the matrix grinding strategy is analyzed,and the strength and dynamic analysis of the blade are performed using ANSYS finite element analysis to obtain a single The optimal parameters of the grooving depth and number of grooving;finally,the angle,radius,quality and other errors are analyzed,and the relevant correction method is selected to correct the grinding strategy.Analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of different balance correction equipment on the market.According to the structural characteristics of the diamond saw blade itself,design a grinding device that meets the unbalanced quality of the super-large diamond saw blade substrate of a certain diameter range.According to the overall layout and grinding process of the grinding device,the structural analysis and optimization of the core parts of the grinding device such as positioning clamping,grindingdeduplication and grinding feed are carried out,so that the grinding device can meet the design requirements and can Guarantee grinding precision.The research in this paper shows that the diamond saw blade matrix chooses a reasonable grinding strategy.The grinding depth of a single water tank and the number of grooving are important parameters for the success of the grinding strategy.The conclusions have guiding significance for the design of the grinding device and The production of super-large diamond saw blades has practical engineering significance.
