A Case Study On R&D Model Of Government,Industry,University,Research And User For Enterprise A’s R&D Activities

China has always been a major producer of textile products,but the development of textile auxiliaries is mainly based on Germany,the United States and Japan,and textile oils have been dependent on imports in the past.With the emergence and growth of some local textile oil enterprises,this situation has been changed.Since its establishment in the early 1990s,Enterprise A in the field of textile oils has been outstanding in the field of domestic textile auxiliaries through more than 20 years of development and with its innovative mode of characteristics.It has become the best textile oils enterprise in China and has the strength to compete with large international enterprises.This paper will take Enterprise A as the research object,and use interviews and data collection to complete the innovation model case of Enterprise A.Through case study method,it will deeply analyze the R&D model of Enterprise A for "government,industry,university and research",and summarize and summarize the characteristics of the unique R&D innovation model of Enterprise A for "government,industry,university,research,user".In this paper,through the "government,industry,university,research and user" collaborative innovation theory and the triple helix theory,the unique R&D model of Enterprise A is deeply analyzed,and its unique multi-agent participation and multi-link complex system model is summarized.Through the analysis,we find out the parts that need to be improved and optimized in the follow-up of Enterprise a’s R&D innovation mode,and make the R&D innovation mode of Enterprise A more perfect and universal through improvement and optimization.and through the continuous optimization and improvement of the R&D innovation mode of A Enterprise,we can get a new R&D innovation mode that can serve more textile auxiliaries enterprises.
