| Because the actual samples may have many complicated components which may disturb the detection of the target, sample pretreatment technology is required to enrich and purify the complex samples.Pipette-tip solid-phase extraction(PT-SPE)not only simplifies the SPE procedure, but also reduces the time and cost. The core of PT-SPE technology is the development of sorbent. In this paper,polystyrene-divinylbenzene(PS-DVB)was been modified and combined with PT-SPE to achieve separation and detection of the target.(1)PS-DVB was modified by titanium dioxide. After that the compound was modified by polyacetylimine(PEI)and polyaniline(PANI),so the materials have more functional groups and improves molecular interactions with targets. The characterization analysis and adsorption performance of these materials were investigated, and the results showed that the surface of the modified PS-DVB became rough and wrinkled. The results also showed that materials combined with PEI had the best adsorption properties, and then PT-SPE was applied to realize the separation and purification of myricetin and quercetin in Epipremnum aureum rhizome samples.(2)PS-DVB was chloromethylated and then aromatic amines were reacted with it,including p-bromoaniline,aniline,p-nitroaniline and p-phenylenediamine.The characterization analysis and adsorption performance of these materials were investigate. It was found that PS-DVB modified by p-nitroaniline had the best adsorption effect on rhein, and then PT-SPE was applied to realize the purification and separation of rhein in Aloe vera samples. |
