Precise Regulation Driven By Technology:Research On The Mechanism Of Local Government Implementing Air Pollution Control

Traditional regulatory atmosphere has been difficult to adapt to the current management situation,atmospheric air management must use a variety of advanced technology and method for traditional regulatory weaknesses,suit the remedy to the case,to improve management efficiency and level.In this paper,through methods of literature study,field survey and the interview,in N city L area as a case,from the perspective of technology-driven precise regulation research on local governments to carry out the atmospheric pollution control mechanism,the study found that local governments use pollution air automatic monitoring equipment,power distribution supervisory system,monitoring system and air quality automatic monitoring stations and other technical equipment,precise regulation of air quality,achieve positive results;Technology-driven precise regulation still exist,however,such as imperfect laws and regulations,technical supervision level is not high,high technical regulatory costs and operational level problems such as insufficient,therefore,should perfect various rules and regulations,strengthen the automatic online data use,improve the quality of equipment and improve the way of supervision,etc.
