Optimization Analysis Of Desertification Control Path In Ulan Buh Desert Area

In people’s impression,the scene of Inner Mongolia should be a scene of fertile soil and flocks of cattle and sheep.However,with the development and utilization of grassland,the problem of grassland desertification has become more and more serious,which has become an ecological problem.It is our unremitting pursuit to build Inner Mongolia into an important ecological security barrier in the north of China and to build a great green wall in the north of China.Ulan Buh desert,as an important part of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to build ecological security barrier in northern China,is eroded by desertification although it is adjacent to the bend of the Yellow River.In order to solve the practical problem that the desertification process can not be promoted due to the shortage of government funds for desertification control,this paper takes Ulan Buh desert in Dengkou County of Bayannur City as the research object.The PPP model is proposed to solve the problem of desertification control in Ulan Buh desert area.In the years of desertification control,the local government has been in short supply in terms of finance.This paper starts from the old governance path with the government as the main body at the present stage of Ulan Buh Desert,analyzes the difficulties of governance from the ecological environment,economic environment and human environment of Ulan Buh Desert,and then explores the cooperation between government and enterprises in PPP mode from the perspective of public management Methods to explore the optimal path of desertification control efficiency in Ulan Buh desert.This paper studies the application of PPP model to desertification control in Ulan Buh desert control.Thus,in the process of desertification control,the government and enterprises can learn from each other,give full play to each other advantages,combine regional conditions,change management thinking,and explore a win-win desertification control idea of the government,enterprises and the masses in line with the actual situation of Ulan Buh desert and put forward some suggestions for its good operation.
