With the growing competition in the market,human resources play an increasingly important role in the development of enterprises,providing intellectual support and talent guarantee for the profit and development of enterprises.In the era of technological revolution and economic transformation and upgrading,scientific and technological innovation has become the fundamental driving force for the survival and development of enterprises,and is the core competitiveness of enterprises,which cannot be separated from research and development(R&D)personnel.From the national level,R&D achievements have greatly promoted the country’s economic development and elevated the international status.From the social level,R&D achievements have promoted social progress and met people’s increasing demands for a better life.From the enterprise level,R&D achievements can facilitate enterprises to achieve leap forward development and bring huge economic benefits.Thus,how to retain high-tech and high-quality talents has become the focus of enterprise management as well as an urgent problem to be solved by talent management.CG Coatings Co.,Ltd.is taken as the research object.First,based on the investigation of salary management research in China and other countries and understanding of theoretical knowledge of salary management,the problems in the salary system of the R&D personnel in CG Coatings Co.,Ltd.are investigated through questionnaire survey.It is found that the salary structure is unreasonable,the bonus distribution is average,and the long-term incentive is ignored.The causes of the problems are also summarized.Second,the salary system of CG company’s R&D personnel is optimized based on the principles of fairness,difference and competition.The optimization scheme of salary management system for R&D personnel is designed from four aspects,namely,basic salary,bonus setting,enterprise welfare and employee incentive mechanism.Finally,relevant guarantee measures are proposed to ensure the effective implementation of the scheme.The optimization measures can offer help to solve the problem of loss of R&D personnel and low job satisfaction of CG Coatings Co.,Ltd.The enthusiasm of R&D personnel is enhanced through the optimization of the salary management system,which will further strengthen the talent management ability of the enterprise,and promote the core competitiveness of the enterprise.In addition,it has a certain reference value for the salary management of R&D personnel in other similar enterprises in China. |
