| As the center of Lingnan culture,the experimental area and front position of reform and opening up,Guangzhou’s partial security,sea front,immigration and strange ecology provide a unique geographical and cultural environment for the breeding of catering culture.This paper takes Guangzhou as the research base,takes 1949 to 2019 as the time axis vertically,and takes the characteristics of food life style as the statement axis horizontally,and selects 1978 reform and opening up and 1992 as the two cut-off points,and divides the 70 years after the founding of the people’s Republic of China into three periods,respectively,to describe the concrete images,formation reasons,characteristics and evolution process of different food and drink life styles.This article will be divided into three periods of food life style are summarized as follows: first of all,from 1949 to 1978,it belongs to the "bitter" type of food life style characterized by political involvement.Public private joint ventures are basically carried out in catering enterprises,most of which are in poor operation.Due to the serious lack of food materials,the values of food in this period were ashamed of extravagance,equalitarianism prevailed,and life was miserable.Second,from 1978 to 1992,we called the food and clothing lifestyle characterized by production involvement.During this period,Guangzhou was the first city to carry out "price reform".The free trade of fish,grain,fruits and vegetables weakened the restriction of tickets,and the catering enterprises recovered in an all-round way.Although hedonism is still not respected,the diet life of Guangzhou citizens began to break away from the monotony and become more and more on the right track.Finally,1992-2019 is a well-off diet lifestyle characterized by consumption involvement.With the in-depth practice of the market economy,the fading out of politics,the highlighting of technology and cultural elements,the deep influence of consumerism on the diet behavior of the public,the public generally pursue personality and enjoyment,pay attention to the experience of diet consumption,and pay attention to the fresh taste and strange collocation.The article will show the deep meaning and real picture of "eating in Guangzhou" through the description of the changes of Guangzhou citizens’ diet life style in three periods. |
