| In this paper, the removal of multi-pollutants SO2,NO and Hg0 in pellet smoke, compared with SO2,the free radical-induced oxidation of NO and Hg0 is still a research hotspot.Based on previous research, based on the synergistic effect of H2O2and NaClO2under thermal catalysis and ultraviolet(UV)catalysis,a new UV-Heat/H2O2-NaClO2gas phase advanced oxidation method(AOP)Simultaneously remove SO2,NO and Hg0.The main factors in the experiment are the original, the ratio of the composite oxidant, the pH of the composite oxidant, the reaction temperature, the flow rate of the flue gas,the rate of addition of the composite oxidant, coexisting gases, etc.,and characterize the reaction products, analyze the experimental mechanism, and finally determine the ultraviolet light. The promotion effect of the reaction effect and the best experimental conditions:the concentration ratio of the composite oxidant hydrogen peroxide and sodium chlorite is 2:0.05mol/L,the overall oxidant pH is maintained at the initial p H(about 4.5),the reaction temperature is 150℃,and the absorption The agent uses sodium sulfite(mass fraction is 1%),the compound oxidant is added at a rate of 100μL/min,and the simulated flue gas flow rate is 3 L/min.The best removal efficiency for sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides and mercury can reach 99.54%,93.66%And 91.15%,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)results showed that the product composition was Cl-,Hg2+,NO3-and SO42-.Electron spin resonance(ESR)tests confirmed the formation of HO·,and cost analysis further demonstrated the huge synergy between H2O2and NaClO2.HO·and ClO2are considered the main oxidants. Finally,a mechanism for removing NO and Hg0by UV-Heat/H2O2-NaClO2was proposed. |
