| Logistics,as the third source of profit,has increasingly become the focus of enterprise strategic planning.For Manufacturing Enterprises,there are external logistics and internal logistics,internal logistics can be divided into purchase logistics,production logistics,sales logistics and waste logistics.Among them,production logistics is the most core part of enterprise logistics.Through the optimization of enterprises’ own production logistics,production costs can be effectively reduced,product production cycles can be shortened,and production rhythm can be improved.Therefore,to achieve the efficiency of the enterprise production system,we must rely on the perfect production logistics system of the enterprise.In this thesis,the bottleneck problem of domestic ceramic production logistics in LD ceramics factory is solved by using simulation software and related theory.Firstly,the research background and research methods of domestic ceramic production logistics are introduced,and the theory of production logistics and system simulation are introduced,this paper introduces Petri net theory,5S management method theory,TOC constraint theory and Witness simulation software.Secondly,the current status of domestic ceramic production logistics in LD ceramic factory is introduced in detail,and the production processes and processes of domestic ceramic are analyzed,the production process is divided into raw material processing module,blank processing module,white porcelain processing module and color porcelain processing module.Thirdly,taking the domestic ceramic production logistics of LD ceramic factory as the empirical research object,the time Petri net model is established according to its production process,and transformed into Witness simulation model.Based on the production beat data of4.5-inch bowl,the simulation parameters are set to simulate the operation status of production logistics,analyze and diagnose the operation results,and find out the bottleneck problems in production logistics,including the backlog of work in process,loading and unloading,and on-site management.Finally,in view of the bottleneck problem,the 5S management method is used to optimize the field management problem.In view of the backlog of work in process and the loading and unloading transportation problem,the TOC constraint theory is used to set up a reasonable optimization scheme,and then the Witness simulation software is used to carry out multiple simulation,data statistics and comparative analysis on the optimization scheme,and finally the optimal scheme is obtained.After optimizing the backlog of work in process,the number of grinding buffer area is changed from 30417 to 0,the number of entering white porcelain warehouse is 35000,and the number of entering color porcelain warehouse is increased to 10960;after optimizing the loading and unloading transportation problem,the number of transporting products from loading process to warehouse 1 is increased from35000 to 41000,and the number of loading buffer area is increased from 5527 There is no backlog of products,loading process from the original busy rate of 97.80% to 71.18%,making the production and operation efficiency of the enterprise improved.The results show that the research ideas and methods in this thesis are reasonable and effective,which also provides assistance for other domestic ceramic production enterprises to transform from traditional manual production to personalized and automated production,and has important reference significance for the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing enterprises. |
