There is a large area of saline soil in Xinjiang,and the special properties of saline soil lead to corrosion,collapse and other road diseases,so saline soil cannot be directly used as road construction materials.At the same time,considering the sustainable development of industry in Xinjiang in recent years,a large number of industrial solid wastes have been produced while promoting the economic development.How to improve the utilization rate of solid waste has also attracted more and more extensive attention from the society.Based on the above reasons,this paper makes use of industrial solid waste to improve saline soil,so that it can meet the relevant requirements of road construction,and it also improves the utilization rate of solid waste,which has high engineering research value.In this paper,according to the characteristics that the soil in Zhundong area of Xinjiang has a large salt content,and the salt type is mainly sulfate,the local soil samples and a variety of industrial solid wastes in Xinjiang Zhundong Industrial Park are selected as the research objects.Firstly,the geotechnical properties of soil samples and the performance of inorganic binder are systematically analyzed through tests.According to the relevant specifications and the actual requirements of the project,the saline soil is improved by mixing fly ash and desulfurized gypsum,fly ash and calcium carbide slag,as well as green high-performance modified cement,fly ash,calcium carbide slag and desulfurized gypsum The best mix proportion was selected according to the unconfined compressive strength.The water stability,temperature shrinkage and dynamic modulus of resilience were studied by using the optimum mix proportion.Through the above work,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The incorporation of fly ash,calcium carbide slag,desulfurization gypsum and green high-performance modified cement can greatly improve the mechanical compressive strength index of the improved saline soil.(2)Through the optimization analysis of different mixing ratio of solid waste to improve saline soil,it is recommended that the optimal mixing ratio is green high-performance modified cement: fly ash: carbide slag: desulfurization gypsum = 4 : 22 : 4 : 0.5.(3)Through the mechanical test of the optimal mix proportion,it is determined that the water stability performance,temperature shrinkage performance and dynamic resilient modulus performance of the saline soil improved by solid waste meet the requirements of relevant specifications.The results of the research can be used to guide the infrastructure construction of industrial solid waste in Xinjiang Zhongdong Industrial Park,and provide some methods and technical references for the future treatment of saline soil sections in the park.
