| With the development of social economy and the improvement of the degree of industrialization,the demand of various hazardous materials is more and more extensive.A large number of hazardous materials are circulating in the logistics system,making the risk analysis and path selection for road transportation of hazardous materials become an increasingly important research topic.It has important theoretical value and practical significance for protecting the natural environment and safeguarding the safety of people’s life and property.According to the research status of the risk analysis and path selection for road transportation of hazardous materials,this paper focuses on the risk and path selection for road transportation of hazardous materials in the static network environment as follows:(1)Studying the risk and path selection of hazardous materials in static network.On the premise of considering the influence of road factors on transportation risk,the paper makes qualitative and quantitative analysis of transportation risk by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Giving the risk evaluation standard table and calculating the road transportation risk by using the scoring method.On this basis,the multi-objective selection optimization model of hazardous materials transportation was established.The objective of path selection optimization was synthesized by using subjective weight.The path selection algorithm was designed based on subjective weight.Finally,an example is given to verify the algorithm of transportation risk determination and path selection,which shows the effectiveness and practicability of the algorithm.(2)Based on the influence of road and traffic conditions on the risk of hazardous materials road transportation,a relatively complete risk assessment system of hazardous materials road transportation is established by taking into account the influence of personnel factors,vehicle factors,climate factors and the type of hazardous materials on the risk of transportation.The fuzzy analytic hierarchy process(F-AHP)is used to analyze the risk influencing factors.The information entropy weight method is introduced to determine the objective weight in the path selection process by taking the transportation risk,the length of the path and the transportation time as the evaluation indexes.The comprehensive weight combining subjective and objective weight is used to calculate the comprehensive attribute value of path.The path selection process is optimized.An example is given to verify the algorithm and the advantages of the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and the influence of the comprehensive weight on the path selection result are illustrated.(3)Studying the risk and path selection of hazardous materials transportation in fuzzy environment.The triangular fuzzy number is introduced to measure the path attribute.The possibility degree matrix based on triangular fuzzy number is constructed.The possibility degree ranking method based on triangular fuzzy number is used to rank the path.Finally,an example is given to verify the feasibility of transportation risk determination and path selection process under fuzzy environment.Finally,the main research content of this paper is summarized and the future research is prospected. |
