| A large amount of heavy sewage oil is produced in the process of oil refinery production.A high content of water and complexity of components in the heavy sewage oil cause the difficulty of its treatment.Recycling and utilization of heavy sewage oil using coal water slurry(CWS)gasification technology was proposed in this study.The influence of different heavy sewage oil treatment methods on the slurryability of CWS was studied through the addition of heavy sewage oil directly or pre-treated heavy sewage oil.The effect of each component of heavy sewage oil on the slurryability and influence law of CSW are explored,and the mechanism was described.Meanwhile,the influence of the emulsifier OP-10,heavy sewage oil treated by AQ filter cake,and the main components of the heavy sewage oil on the combustion performance of the CSW was examined using TGA.The kinetic calculation and analysis were carried out.The slurrying performance of CSW with adding raw and pre-treated heavy sewage oil was systematically studied.The results indicated that when the CN1 slurry was 60%,the maximum blending amount of heavy sewage oil was 0.4%(slurry base).The apparent viscosity and stability of the slurry become worse.When the heavy sewage oil was subjected to ultrasonic treatment for 15 minutes at 180W,the stability of the heavy sewage oil slurry was improved.The treatment of the heavy sewage oil by surfactant increased the stability of CSW when the content of emulsifier OP-10 was 0.3%.By contrast,the effects of Span-80 and Tween-80 are poor than OP-10.The fluidity of the CSW was improved when the AQ filter cake/NX semi-coke dried for 24 h was initially mixed with heavy sewage oil.The addition of 1%AQ filter cake(slurry base)resulted in the content of heavy sewage oil increase to 0.4%.The influence of saturated hydrocarbons,aromatic hydrocarbons,ferric chloride,and calcium chloride components without pre-treatment on the slurry properties was examined.The CWS properties were determined using Zeta potential,contact angle,infrared,and SEM.The results indicated that,under the condition of 60%slurry concentration,a blend of the saturated hydrocarbon and aromatic hydrocarbon with the content of 0.4%and 0.5%,respectively,led to a worse apparent viscosity and stability of the CWS.Ferric chloride and calcium chloride increased the viscosity of the slurry,but the changes are irregular.The heavy sewage oil,saturated hydrocarbons,and aromatic hydrocarbons decreased the absolute value of the zeta potential of the slurry and the wettability of the coal particle surface,and increase slurry contact angle.Apart from these,the coal particles were readily to adsorb organic components and agglomerate,which cause the slurry properties to become poorer.The combustion performance of the CWS with the addition of emulsifier OP-10,the pretreated heavy sewage oil by AQ filter cake,and the components in the heavy sewage oil was studied using TGA.It was found that heavy sludge oil can improve the combustion performance of the slurry.AQ filter cakes reduced the combustion performance index.The saturated hydrocarbons can reduce the ignition temperature,and the aromatics can reduce the burn-out temperature.The combustion index of CWS with the addition of aromatic hydrocarbons is better than that of saturated hydrocarbons.The kinetics were calculated using Coats-Redfern approximation.When n=3/2,the linear correlation coefficient of the heavy sewage oil slurry treated by emulsifier is the highest.When n=1,the linear correlation coefficient of the heavy sewage oil slurry treated by AQ filter cake,saturated hydrocarbon,and aromatic slurry is the highest.The activation energy decreased with the increase of heavy sewage oil added.After filter cake is added,the activation energy becomes larger,and the slurry combustion performance worsens.The activation energy of aromatic slurry is better than that of saturated hydrocarbons.Figure[43]Table[37]References[102]... |
