| Emulsifier in the composition of emulsion explosives is not high,but it determines the efficiency of emulsification and thus affects the quality of emulsion explosives.In order to study the effect of emulsifier on the properties and stability of emulsion explosives,this paper studies the emulsion explosives prepared by single emulsifier SP80,T152 and compound emulsifiers(the ratio of SP80:T152=2:1,1:1,1:2),and the detonation velocity and brisance test of five explosive samples are carried out,and the storage stability test includes the viscosity test,microscopic observation,circulatory test during high low temperatures,the thermal behavior of five groups of emulsified explosives in the process of thermal decomposition was studied by using the C80 micro calorimeter at a heating rate of 0.5 K ·min-1,Using the heat flow curve to solve the characteristic parameters of emulsified explosives in thermal decomposition reaction(active energy,pre-factor,reaction crucible,etc.),than calculate the critical temperature of thermal explosion under the Semenov thermal explosion model.The following conclusions are obtained:The compound emulsifier compared with the single emulsifier can improve the detonation velocity of emulsion explosives,with the different degrees of increase of the compound emulsifiers ratio is also different,in the emulsifier ratio of SP80:T152=1:2 to reach the maximum,respectively,higher than the use of SP80 and T15210.88%,7.31%.Since the brisance mainly depends on the detonation velocity,the compression of the five sets of lead columns in the brisance measurement results also fits well with the detonation velocity test results.In the storage stability test,the emulsion matrix prepared with a compound emulsifier was superior to that of a single emulsifier in terms of particle size and distribution uniformity of the dispersion phase.The viscosity test showed that the compound emulsifiers could optimize the viscosity of the emulsion matrix,but the difference of the compound emulsifier ratio had no obvious effect on the viscosity of the emulsion matrix.From the circulatory test during high low temperatures results can be obtained,the usage of a single emulsifier after 10 times had occurred significantly demulsification,and the usage of compound emulsifier emulsion matrix after 15 times were lower than the amount of crystallizer.It is suggested that the usage of compound emulsifier can improve the stability of emulsion explosives and improve their storage cycle.The parameters can be obtained by the calculation of C80 heat flow rate data,the activity energy of single-use SP-80 emulsion explosives is the lowest,and the emulsion explosive activity energy prepared by compound emulsifier is higher than that of two groups using single emulsifier.Among them,the maximum active energy is 290.46 kJ/kg when the ratio is SP80:T152=1:2,which 102.12%and 62.89%higher than that with SP80 and T152,respectively;Among them,the initial reaction temperature and reaction peak temperature of a single emulsion explosive using SP-80 are the lowest,and when the ratio is SP80:T152=1:2,the heating reaction starts at the maximum temperature.In contrast to the use of a single emulsifier,the starting decomposition temperature increased by 9.68%and 5.25%.The critical temperature of thermal explosion calculated on this basis also indicates that the critical temperature of thermal explosion of emulsion explosives using compound emulsifiers is higher.Figure[21]Table[16]Reference[90]... |
