| Cadmium(Cd)is one of the most toxic heavy metals to plants.Soil Cd pollution has become an important environmental problem,and the remediation of soil Cd pollution has attracted extensive attention.Jiaosu is a kind of functional fermentation product made from different plants by microbial fermentation,which has the function of improving soil fertility and promoting plant growth.In this study,Broussonetia papyrifera was selected as the "national poverty alleviation" tree species,which is an important candidate for phytoremediation of heavy metals in soil.First treated with different concentrations of cadmium solutions to form different cadmium stresses,and then treated the Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under different cadmium stresses with homemade Ginkgo biloba-Pinus massoniana-Eucommia ulmoides Jiaosu liquid and Jiaosu residue.Finally,the composition characteristics of the soil,as well as the growth and development,physiology and the accumulation and transfer of heavy metal cadmium of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings were studied,in order to get the results of the effect of Ginkgo biloba-Pinus massoniana-Eucommia ulmoides Jiaosu on the cadmium resistance of Broussonetia papyrifera.The main results are as follows:(1)The environmental Jiaosu with Ginkgo biloba-Pinus massoniana-Eucommia ulmoides as raw materials was successfully prepared.Ginkgo biloba-Pinus massoniana-Eucommia ulmoides Jiaosu is weak acidic and contains nutrients such as protein,with a certain alcohol content,the most important has a certain antioxidant capacity.(2)Ginkgo biloba-Pinus massoniana-Eucommia ulmoides Jiaosu residue treatment of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under different cadmium stress,to a certain extent,promoted the growth and development of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under cadmium stress,and enhanced the tolerance of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under high cadmium stress for a long time.It is mainly manifested in that the treatment of Jiaosu residue increased the biomass of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under cadmium stress to a certain extent,and to a certain extent alleviated the damage to the antioxidant system of Broussonetia papyrifera caused by long-term high-concentration Cd stress,and reduce the enrichment and transport of heavy metal Cd in Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings to a certain extent.(3)Ginkgo biloba-Pinus massoniana-Eucommia ulmoides Jiaosu liquid treatment of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under different cadmium stress,significantly promoted the growth and development of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under cadmium stress,and alleviated the inhibition of chlorophyll content of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under long-term Cd stress,and significantly enhanced the tolerance of Broussonetia papyrifera under long-term high cadmium concentration stress.Overall,it is better than the Jiaosu liquid treatment.It is mainly manifested in that the Jiaosu liquid treatment significantly increases the biomass of Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings under cadmium stress,can also alleviate the damage to the antioxidant system of Broussonetia papyrifera caused by long-term high-concentration Cd stress to a certain extent.It can also reduce the enrichment and transport of heavy metal Cd by Broussonetia papyrifera seedlings.The purpose of this study is to achieve an ecological cycle of environmental and economy,in which an Jiaosu biomass fertilizer product with certain functional characteristics is obtained by taking the leaf bark in the environment as raw materials and fermentating it through a unique fermentation process,and then it is applied back to the environment for tree growth and soil improvement.The research results can provide a thinking reference and theoretical reference for promoting plant growth under heavy metal cadmium stress and phytoremediation of soil cadmium pollution. |
