With the rapid growth of urban household garbage volume, the environmental pressure and the workload of garbage recycling gradually increases. Therefore,it is imperative to enforce the source classification of urban household garbage recycling.Meanwhile, the practice in developed countries also proves this point.China is determined to break the past difficult situation of garbage classification, and plans to fully implement the work of urban household garbage classification,"mandatory garbage classification era" has arrived. In this context, the recovery of MSW will be changed.Faced with the uncertainty of the new work,it is of great significance to carry out research on MSW recovery network planning in the context of mandatory garbage classification.Reviewed the literature on household garbage classification in typical cities at home and abroad, sorts out the status quo of the garbage recovery network planning, and based on the brief analysis and summary, determines the two aspects of network facility site selection and path planning for the establishment of recycling, and emphasizes the establishment of target model.Mixing or improving the existing intelligent algorithm is the development trend of model solving.Taking the transportation cost minimization as the research goal and considering the classified transportation of MSW in the recycling process and the classified disposal after the transfer station, the thesis constructs the location selection model of MSW in the urban MSW recycling network.Aiming at the shortest transport path and considering the capacity limitation of transport vehicles,a path planning model was built according to the garbage category and the location of garbage transfer station to design different recovery paths.Based on the facility location model and path planning model in the urban household garbage classification and recovery network, the characteristics of different intelligent algorithms were compared. In order to solve the location model of garbage transfer station,a particle swarm optimization algorithm based on two-layer variables was designed, and ant colony algorithm is adopted to solve the path planning model. Finally, taking the geographical environment of Changping District of Beijing as the prototype, the simulated data were inserted into the model for solving, and the operability and practicability of the urban household garbage recovery network model under the background of mandatory garbage classification were verified. The results show that the mandatory classification of MSW has three main impacts on the recycling logistics:the function of garbage classification is transferred to the source.the transport and disposal of garbage recycling should be carried out by classification, and the responsibility of different links of garbage recycling should be taken by oneself. The model of urban household garbage recovery network planning under the background of mandatory garbage classification established in this thesis is practical and can be adjusted and applied according to the scale of the region. It has a good generalization.Innovation put forward in the thesis based on the double variables of particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm, can effectively solve the mandatory garbage sorting under the background of urban living garbage recycling waste transfer station in the network location model, solved the both discrete and continuous variables of the mixed integer programming problem, make up the traditional particle swarm optimization(pso)algorithm is only type continuous variables to solve the short board. In addition, the ant colony algorithm is also a good solution to the garbage collection path optimization model established in the thesis, which is convenient for the model to be used stably in practice.
