Study On Preparation Technology And Properties Of Color Pervious Concrete

Colour Pervious Concrete(CPC)is a new type of ground construction material of resource-saving and environment-friendly in the society nowadays,it has many excellent properties,such as ventilation,permeability,water purification,protection of groundwater resources,reduction of urban noise pollution and the urban heat island effect,and this properties play an important role in promoting the construction of"sponge city" and the development of "two-type society" in China.However,with the improvement of living standards,and the difference between the use function and the actual service environment of CPC,higher requirements of CPC to optimize the living environment and decorate the landscape effect.Therefore,further expanding and optimizing the color selection and formulation technology of CPC,and carrying out research on its durability,not only can expand the research ideas and fields of CPC,but also provide a reliable way to achieve urban beautification and brightening,and will give full play to CPC decoration and aesthetic effect,and has important practical significance and practical application value in engineering.The main research results achieved in this thesis are as follows:(1)The performance and use methods of different pigments are discussed.Based on the principle that pigments should be selected to meet the requirements of non-toxicity,pollution-freeness,radioactivity and strong stability,combined with consideration of environmental and economic indicators,six preparations are selected for the pigments of CPC,for iron oxide red,red powder,iron oxide yellow,zinc iron yellow,iron oxide blue and ultramarine blue;(2)Single blending and compounding of pigments are used,and based on the evaluation indicators of price,color and fluidity,through the design benchmark group(white and gray cement),the six pigments are blended and mixed separately.Successfully developed the optimal dosing ratio scheme of CPC;(3)According to the mix ratio design and preparation technology of CPC,three main color of red,yellow and blue are carried out for CPC ratio test.The results show that the prepared CPC meets the standard for curing conditions and the 28d compressive strength value is greater than 15MPa.open porosity greater than 10%,water permeability coefficient greater than 0.5cm/s,sound absorption coefficient and noise reduction coefficient are all above 0.3;(4)The appearance,quality,mechanical properties,and color difference are selected as the parameters,and the impact of acid rain and carbonization on the durability of CPC is studied.The results show that the prepared mixed color CPC specimens have passed acid rain and carbonized double erosion,its durability performance is better than the index of each pigment is mixed alone,so it is preferred to compound three main colors of red,yellow and blue.
