| In resent years, as the product and technology being developed, China has witnessed rapid development in warp knitting industry and now is growing from producing country to power country. But the research of color detection is still in the traditional subjective that people detect the color depend on their eyes and get result from their experiment. At the same time, it is time-consuming, strenuous and short of accuracy. The above factors result in low competition in international rivals. The main topic of this passage discusses how to change the color detection method from human eyes to computer vision.Because of the different jacquard weaves and guide bar tracing, the warp knitting is rich in pattern. The tradition way which must obtain the average color, then use CIELab1976 to detect the color difference is not viable in warp knitting field. In this paper, a simulation detection is used in color difference detection.Firstly, it analyzes the research backing ground of this subject and the color detection present. D65 is selected as the standard light and CCD camera is selected as the image acquisition in the detection physical structure. Secondly, in terms of the establishment of the color space, the HSV color space is selected which matches up to human eyes. In terms of image processing, color brightness information can be got,then use median fitting to do denoising process. Thirdly, in terms of similarity solution, it analyzes the color property, in addition, the distribute of similar colors in HSV space is studied and a new quantity method(16:4:4) is obtained. Fourthly, some considerations of similarity method are presented, euclidean distance is selected as the final choice which is related to HSV color space. Fifthly, the least square method is selected for fitting curve that it can explain the relationship between the color difference and the similarity. Finally, the color difference detection system of the warp knitting based on opencv and VS2010 system is established.Taken the similarity to color detection is a new try both at home and abroad. It has important reference value and the result is accurate. |
