Statistical Analysis And Realization Of Pollutant Emission In China’s Coastal Areas

With the rapid development of the global economy,shipping has become the most important way of trade recognized by the world.At the same time,with the increase of the volume of maritime transport,the atmospheric pollution discharge from ships occupies an increasing proportion of the factors that affect the global air quality.Atmospheric pollutants discharged from ships contain PM 10,PM2.5,SOx,NOx and other substances,which can cause great harm to human body.With the increasing volume of China’s shipping industry,the coastal air pollution caused by ships has become more and more serious.If the list of coastal pollutants can be calculated accurately to every ship,every time and every area in real time,the areas that cause air pollution disasters can be alerted,the vessels involved can be controlled and the data can be provided to support the decision-making of relevant departments.This paper investigates the calculation methods of ship air pollution at home and abroad.A set of calculation process of atmospheric pollutants from ships using dynamic method based on AIS data is summarized.A coastal pollutant discharge statistics and analysis system with accuracy to every ship,every time and every area has been implemented.The main work is as follows:1)Integrate information on ship equipment.The public ship data of each class society on the Internet is obtained through the web crawling technology,and the information of ship equipment is integrated manually and automatically through the internal data and string distance algorithm.2)Combining the characteristics of AIS data,filtering noise and flattening data points,the processed data will be used as the basic data for the calculation of atmospheric pollutants along the coast of China.3)Using a refinement method based on the ship power algorithm and based on the pre-processed data,the emission inventory of atmospheric pollutants along the coast of China is calculated.4)Set up a data visualization platform to analyze the multiple dimensions of coastal pollutants,and maintain the basic information and equipment information of ships.
