| The fluorine chemical industry is called the "golden industry" because of its high added value and application performance.However,the optimization and adjustment of the industrial structure of modem industry and the implementation and development of intelligent manufacturing have caused the fluorine chemical industry to face some problems and challenges in production management.This paper introduces the concept of product chain.Based on the characteristics of the organizational structure of the fluorine chemical industry’s production system,the fluorine chemical product chain is the main research object,and the framework theory,modeling optimization and other aspects of the collaborative optimization problem are studied:(1)Based on the characteristics of the production organization of fluorine chemical enterprises,a multi-level fluorine chemical product chain collaborative optimization framework based on the enterprise resource planning layer and the production planning scheduling layer is proposed.The main objectives and content of the collaborative optimization of the product chain are clarified,the production mode structure,system architecture of the product chain,and the organizational relationships and control strategies of each member of the product chain are discussed,and the collaborative optimization path of the product chain is summarized.(2)Aiming at the optimization problem of product chain collaborative production planning and scheduling,a collaborative production system modeling method based on improved STN notation is proposed,and a collaborative production optimization mathematical programming model based on mixed integer programming is proposed.A collaborative production scheduling optimization case based on an actual fluorine chemical product chain is designed.The case results show that the collaborative optimization of the fluorine chemical product chain can help optimize the allocation of resources,reduce costs,and improve benefits(3)Research on the price and demand uncertainty problems in the collaborative production of the product chain,and propose a production benefit optimization method based on LSTM and fuzzy possibility planning,and the uncertainty processing based on LSTM price prediction and fuzzy possibility planning In the method,the "most likely value" in the probability distribution function of the fuzzy model is used as the combination of the two methods,which improves the effectiveness and robustness of the model.Case verification shows that this method can effectively improve the production efficiency of the multi-period collaborative production process under uncertainty.(4)In order to solve the problem of product chain structure optimization,a product chain structure optimization method based on DEA data envelopment method is proposed,and a fluorine chemical product chain product evaluation system and a DEA model for product evaluation are established Combining actual fluorine chemical product chain production scenario design cases,through product evaluation results and evaluation index analysis,an effective strategy and product selection plan for product chain structure optimization are given. |
