Production Planning And Scheduling Optimization Of Mutilproducts Batch Chemical Plants

Production planning and scheduling scheme directly affect production efficiency and profits, through reasonable arrangements for the production can improve the competitiveness of enterprises. The purpose of this study is to analyze multi-product batch production process in the chemical industry, then provide an perspective of EOD production line of Yangzhou Oxiranchem and discuss in detail the optimization of multi-product batch production planning and scheduling. After that generate a specific planning and scheduling scheme by mathematical program to provide a effective solution for the planning and scheduling problems in multi-product batch production process.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background of planning and scheduling in batch production of the chemical industry, and the review of relevant reseach at domestic and overseas, including production planning model, production scheduling model, integrated optimization model and the corresponding solving strategies. Then introduce the EOD production line of Yangzhou Oxiranchem in detail, including the status of Oxiranchem, current situation of enterprise management, the characteristics and existing problems of production planning and scheduling. Finally combine actual planning and scheduling demand, a mixed interger programming model of multi-product batch process is constructed. Practical application is applied to validate the model, and the results show that the solution of the model is applicable which can be used to guide the actual production planning and scheduling in Yangzhou Oxiranchem.
