Collaborative Research On Human Interference And Priority Protected Area Planning ——Taking The Southern Section Of Hengduan Mountain As An Example

The establishment of nature reserves is the most effective and basic measure to protect and maintain biodiversity.With limited funds and manpower,refer to the impact of different human interference intensities in the construction of priority protection areas and select appropriate protection planning schemes.Protecting the biodiversity of the region to a greater extent has always been one of the focuses of controversy among conservation biologists.This study takes the southern section of Hengduan Mountain as an example,focusing on the different levels of human interference during the construction of the reserve,taking the level of human interference as the starting point.Based on the principles and methods of multi-criteria decision analysis,based on the vegetation ecosystem and human disturbance intensity factors in the southern section of Hengduan Mountain,comparative analysis of the ecological system protection value distribution,human disturbance pattern and protection scope in the southern section of Hengduan Mountain.Two planning schemes based on the high-value area of human interference and the low-value area based on human interference were determined,and the priority areas for protection in the southern section of Hengduan Mountain were identified.The main conclusions are as follows:（1）Through the establishment of an ecosystem value evaluation system,it is clear that the ecosystems with higher value in the study area mainly include forest ecosystems（coniferous and broad-leaved mixed forest,evergreen broad-leaved forest,deciduous broad-leaved forest,deciduous mixed forest,evergreen Coniferous forests）,wetland ecosystems（lakes,rivers,herbaceous wetlands）and alpine ecosystems（glaciers and permanent snow,alpine meadows,alpine grasslands）.（2）Vegetation ecosystems with high conservation value are mostly concentrated in the eastern,southern and western regions of the study area,and scattered in the middle of the study area.（3）Constructed 6 types of human interference intensity factor models to determine the spatial pattern of protection costs in the study area.The areas with high protection costs are mainly concentrated in the eastern,southern and central parts of the study area;the areas with low protection costs are mainly concentrated in the western and central parts of the study area.North.（4）Based on different human interference strategies,this study generated a planning scheme based on high-value areas of human interference and a planning scheme based on low-value areas of human interference.The selection of the plan mainly considers the aspects of capital,technology and management.Generally speaking,when the funds are sufficient,the technology is advanced,and the professional management conditions,the planning plan based on the high value of human interference is preferred,and the focus is on the improvement of the regional biodiversity.On the contrary,a planning scheme based on low-value areas of human disturbance is chosen,focusing on maintaining the biodiversity of the region.（5）The priority areas for protection mainly include the following areas,The first is the eastern part of the study area,which mainly includes Mabian County,Ebian County,Muchuan County,Shimian County,Mianning County,Yuexi County and other regions and a small number are distributed in Jiulong County,Xichang City and other regions;The second is the southern area of the study area,which mainly includes Tengchong City,Baoshan City,and Dali City,with a small amount in Weixi County and Yulong County;The third is the western area of the study area,which mainly includes Fugong County,Gongshan County,and Chayu County,with a small amount distributed in Weixi County and other areas;The Fourth,they are scattered in the central area of the study area,such as Muli County,Shangri-La City,Ninglang County and other counties.
