Study On Regionalization Of Soil Environmental Protection Priority Area And Soil Pollution Control Area In Kunming City

Soil is the cornerstone of human survival and development,the most important natural resource,sustaining the survival and development of the entire human race;which sustains the survival and development of human beings.The quality of soil environment is directly related to social and economic development,ecological security and the well-being of people's livelihood,and the protection of soil is of great significance.Ov erall,China's farmland soil contaminated area is increasing year by year,and a trend of deterioration,farmland soil heavy metal pollution,soil sample point which significantly higher problem,environmental quality is a cause for concern.In this paper,the main problem oriented to the city's agricultural land and source of drinking water as the main object,gathering in the city of soil environmental protection and governance on the basis of existing research,such as Arc GIS remote sensing survey and field investigation,in order to restrict human survival and health of agricultural land and urban centralized source of drinking water is given priority to,zoning for soil environmental quality in the city;Underline the city soil environmental priority re serve(hereinafter referred to as the "priority area")and the major control(hereinafter referred to as the "key areas")(" priority areas " and " key " area collectively known as " two "),a clear priority area and key area range and area,and to "and" soil environmental monitoring and evaluation,.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The total area of the "two zones" is 669941.89 ha,accounting for about 32% of the total area of the city.Among them,536 pieces of soil environmental protecti on priority area were divided into 14 counties(city)districts of the city,and the total area was 638938.89 ha,accounting for 95% of the total area of the "two districts".A total of 17 districts are designated in the key administrative areas,which are distributed in 9 counties(city)districts,such as dongchuan,with a total area of 31003.00 ha,accounting for about 5% of the total area of the soil "two districts".(2)In the category of "priority area",459 pieces of "priority area" of basic farmland category were delimited,with a total area of 331198.6ha,accounting for 51.84% of the total area of "priority area" of the city;The total area of 37 pieces of "priority area" of the garden area is 5649.11 ha,accounting for 0.88% of the total area of "prio rity area" of the city.The "priority area" of water source category is 11 pieces,with a total area of 20574.82 ha,accounting for 3.22% of the total area of "priority area" of the city.(3)From the perspective of land use,"priority area" is mainly culti vated land,accounting for 55% of the total area of "priority area" of the city;The second is woodland(mainly distributed in concentrated drinking water source),accounting for 30% of the total area of "priority area" of the city;The third is the park,which accounts for about 4% of the total area of "priority area" of the city,and the smallest area,accounting for only 1% of the total area of the city's "priority area".(4)The area of agricultural land in the designated "key area" is 19135 ha,accounti ng for 62% of the total area of "key areas" of the city;The construction land is 11868 ha,accounting for 38% of the total area of "key area" of the city;The "key districts" of the whole city are mainly distributed in the dongchuan district,shilin county and anning city,accounting for 33%,23% and 18% of the total area of the designated "key areas" respectively.By regionalization,the scientific guidance for soil environmental priority protection and soil environmental control and restoration is provided for the next step,and the countermeasures are put forward to protect the soil pollution,strengthen the management and control of soil environment risk,safeguard the soil environment safety of agricultural production and drinking water sources,and ens ure the safety of food,the safety of drinking water and the people health.Promotes the sustainable development of the city's environment,economy and society,and realizes the sustainable utilization of soil resources.
