Research On Classification And Recycling System Of Urban Residents’ Domestic Waste

The classification and recycling of domestic garbage for urban residents has always been a major difficulty in the process of urbanization in my country.With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process in my country,the amount of urban domestic garbage is rising year by year.Improper handling can easily cause environmental pollution and waste of resources.Governance brings great challenges.The integration of the domestic waste collection and transportation network and the renewable resource recycling network is a major development trend in the classification and recycling of domestic waste.This article will use the ABM method to construct a two-network integration of urban residents’domestic waste classification and recycling system,and study its evolution mechanism for the government.Provide reference for decision-making.This article will first analyze the status quo of domestic garbage classification and recycling of urban residents,summarize the characteristics of the existing recycling system and the existing problems,propose ways,the integration of the two networks,to improve the problem,and analyze the characteristics of it.After that,based on the current recycling system,a two-network integrated urban household garbage classification and recycling system was constructed,and the ABM method was used to model the social behavior theory of the participants in the system.Then,taking Shanghai as the research object,the initial parameters and performance indicators of the model are determined based on the LCA method,and the evolution process of the garbage classification and recycling system of urban residents under different policies is simulated.The results show that in view of the current situation,when the government’s resources are limited,increasing the investment of resources in the law and policy of the two-network integration recycling system can bring the greatest benefits to the system;in terms of economic factors,the government can deploy in each direction according to its own needs If you need to increase the system’s recyclables recovery rate and the total social benefits,you can invest in policy subsidies.If you need to increase the kitchen waste separation rate,you can increase the resource input in the reduction and exemption of cleaning freight.If you need to increase The overall participation enthusiasm of the main bodies of the system can increase resource investment in economic support;the higher the degree of profitability of the recycling price of renewable resource recycling enterprises,the higher the enthusiasm of the system.Therefore,the government needs to urge renewable resource recycling enterprises to make profit as much as possible.So that residents are more willing to join the two-network integration recycling system.The theoretical model,research method and example results constructed in this paper can provide valuable reference and suggestions for the improvement of the classification and recycling system of urban residents’ domestic waste.
