The development of human society has caused serious pollution and damage to the environment.Especially water pollution which has a bad impact on animals,plants and people’s health.People have been trying to purify water pollution,but the traditional treatment methods,such as incomplete treatment or secondary pollution,need a green and healthy treatment of pollution.Photocatalysis technology shows a better use prospects for the treatment of water pollution and becomes more worthy of study.Titanium dioxide(TiO2)among many photocatalyst as semiconductor oxide,it has been widely used in different industries and fields,especially in the field of environmental pollution control,because of its advantages of safe and non-toxic,stale chemical properties,low price and good photocatalytic performance in both gas and liquid phases.There are many methods to prepare photocatalytic films,and the photocatalytic properties of the prepared photocatalytic films are very different because of the different sample treatment methods and different processes.The properties of the films were enhanced.A magnetron sputtering method was used to prepare a photocatalytic film with titanium oxide,zinc oxide and chromium metal as targets.Rhodamine B was used to simulate organic pollutants in water.The mercury lamp was used to simulate ultraviolet-visible light degradation experiment in photochemical reaction instrument.A pure TiO2 was prepared nano-film and pure Zinc oxide(ZnO)nano-film,and TiO2 pure the nano-fim and pure ZnO nano-film were heat treated at different temperatures in a box annealing furnace.,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),x-ray diffractometer(XRD)and uv-vis spectrophotometer(UV-VIS)were used to characterize and test the temperature on the morphology,structure and photocatalytic properties of the film.Finally,the optimum heat treatment temperature of the film was obtained.Preparation Cr metal doping TiO2Nano-film and Cr doped ZnO nano-film,on the basis of the best annealing temperature,the influence of metal Cr ion doping on the microstructure and grain of the film is studied.The absorbance of the prepared film is redshifetd,the utilization of visible light is increased and the photocatalytic efficiency is improved.Finally,ZnO/TiO2 preparation Composite Nanofilm,TiO2/ZnO composite nano-film,TiO2/ZnO+Cr30W composite nanofilm,ZnO+Cr30W/TiO2 Composite NanofilmZnO+Cr30W/TiO2+Cr30W five composite films were+Cr30W and analyzed by X ray diffractometer(XRD)and ultraviolet visible light spectrophotometer(UV-VIS)to test their photocatalytic propertiesFindings show that in pure TiO2 when the heat treatment temperature is 550℃,the nanocrystalline film has good crystallinity,uniform surface,no cracks and folds.With the increase of heat treatment temperature,the film has a tendency to change to rutile phase.In the final photocatalytic degradation experiment,the degradation rate is 22.90%.Titanium oxide film and zinc oxide film doped with metal Cr,because of the doping of metal ions,by changing the doping power of the Cr to explore the best doping amount to improve the photocatalytic performance of the film,when the doping power is 30W Cr the doping TiO2 is nano-film showed the best degradation efficiency of 75.68%and Cr doping ZnO nanofilm showed the degradation efficiency of 86.93%.Among the five kinds of composite films,ZnO+Cr30W/TiO2+Cr30W is the best photocatalytic performance of the composite nano-film,the best effect can reach 93.24%.
