| In order to clarify the inhibitory effects of 35 novel Pyrazole-Thiazole compounds on plant pathogenic fungi,it is hoped that it can provide a reference for the development of new fungicides for more effective control of different plant fungal diseases.A total of 8 plant pathogens with Fusarium graminearum,Fusarium verticillioides,Sclerotinia sclerotiorum,Botrytis cinerea,Fusarium oxysporum,Valsa mali,Physalospora piricola,Alternaria alternata were used as target pathogenic fungi.The above pathogenic fungi were used to screen the growth activity of Pyrazole-Thiazole compounds,and a compound 7Ic with better antibacterial activity against Fusarium verticillium was obtained,and its basic biological activity was determined and the control effect test was carried out.The main findings are as follows:1.According to the 8 target bacteria tested,a compound 7Ic with better antibacterial activity against Fusarium verticillium was screened from 35 candidate compounds.The virulence of 30 Fusarium verticillium strains collected and isolated from 10 regions in Anhui Province was determined.Regression analysis found that the EC50 concentration of compound 7Ic against Fusarium verticillium was 10.09μg/m L~36.67μg/m L,and the average The EC50 is 17.47μg/m L,and the sensitivity frequency distribution of Fusarium verticillium to compound 7Ic is established,and the sensitivity frequency is mainly distributed between 10.00~17.99μg/m L.With the increase of the concentration of compound 7Ic,the growth of mycelium was significantly inhibited.The colonies of Fusarium verticillium after the treatment had very dense marginal hyphae and increased mycelial branches.2.The spore germination test results showed that as the concentration of compound 7Ic increased,the spore germination rate of Fusarium verticillium gradually decreased.When the concentration of compound 7Ic was 16μg/m L,the spore germination rate was only 41%,which was significantly lower than the spore germination rate of the control group.The spore germination inhibition rate was 55%,and its EC50 concentration was 11.84μg/m L.3.By detecting the fumonisin content per hyphae of Fusarium Verticillium,it is found that compound 7Ic has an inhibitory effect on the production of FB1.The analysis of variance showed that the mycelial toxin content of the samples treated with compound 7Ic was significantly lower than that of the blank control,and there were significant differences between the different treatments of the samples.When the concentration of compound 7Ic is 16μg/m L,the toxin production of FB1 is 985.54μg/kg,and the toxin production of blank control(CK)hypha is 2982.38μg/kg.As the concentration of the agent increases,the more obvious the inhibitory effect.4.Through the control test of corn ear rot caused by Fusarium verticillium,it was found that the disease index of corn treated with compound 7Ic at the concentration of 20μg/m L and 500μg/m L were 60.003 and 36.310,which were both lower than In the control group,when the drug concentration was 500μg/m L,the control effect of corn ear rot was 50.91%,and the size of the disease spots did not extend to the surroundings,indicating that compound 7Ic has certain effects on corn ear rot caused by Fusarium verticillium the control effect. |
