Organic heterocyclic compounds have been developed rapidly in the field of chemistry, and take an important signification not only in human's healthy but also in pesticides fields. The heterocyclic compounds containing nitrogen such as thiazole, pyrazole, triazole, quinoxaline are some important compounds of biological activity and physics especially. In view of the fact that these compound remarkable biological activity and physics especially, We combined with different heterocycles into the same molecule to superimposition the activities. Activeness waited for measures.1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction is the most useful reaction in fundmental theory of organic chemistry and organic synthesis. The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of hydyne with alkenes is one of the most studied reactions among all the cycloadditions. It provides the most efficient method to prepare thiazole and pyrazole that are widely used as starting compounds in organic synthesis,in particular for building natural products and functional molecule. Simultaneously we synthesized a series of new compounds by inducing triazole, thiazole, pyrazole, quinoxaline to thiosemicarbazide respectively. The thesis includes two major parts:The first part is about literature review. First introduced the synthesis reaction type of heterocyclic compound, Then, there is an introduction about 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition. The important biological activity, synthetic methods and chemical characteristics of the thiazole, pyrazole, triazole and quinoxaline derivatives that have been studied in china and other countries were explicated systematically and briefly. The second part is about experimental content. Major work as follows:1. Synthesis of Carboxaldehyde Hydrazone derivatives Containing triazole, quinoxal -ine , pyrazole and thiazole.2. Synthesis of new 3a,6a-Dihydro-4,6-dioxopyrrolo[3,4-d]pyrazole Derivatives. 3. Synthesis of 4,5-dihydro -3,5-diphenyl -1-(4-phenyl-thiazole-2-yl)-pyrazole. Above all, the structures of new compounds were confirmed on the basis of 1H NMR, IR spectrum and element analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction.
