Abstract/Summary:
As a non-renewable resource,crude oil is not only the "blood" of modern industry and the fuel of modern transportation,but also an important strategic reserve for national development.Atmospheric and vacuum distillation of crude oil is the leading unit of refinery,its operation technology will significantly affect the effect of oil distillation,and it is the key to ensure the quality of petroleum products.Atmospheric distillation is the core of atmospheric and vacuum distillation process,and the realization of atmospheric distillation process optimization is of great significance to ensure the quality of refinery products,save energy and reduce emission,and increase enterprise benefits.On the basis of analyzing the research status at home and abroad,followed by the atmospheric distillation tower process simulation technology at home and abroad and the research achievements of heat exchange network,an oil refinery in northern shaanxi area 5 million tons/year atmospheric distillation unit of specific performance as a case,using the Aspen Plus software and pinch technology to simulate the process of atmospheric column optimization.First of all,the research analyzes the set of device in the actual production in the processing of crude oil properties and technological process,the quantity of product oil found three lines often too low,as well as the problem of insufficient heat removal,often 2 circulation order from two aspects of process optimization and energy optimization plan adjustments,to improve rate of unit running smoothly,ensure that the product qualified,the purpose of reducing energy consumption..Secondly,using the Aspen Plus software,the property data of crude oil and the structure of each heat exchanger as important reference indexes,combined with the results of side product Enneler distillation temperature and middle cycle Enneler distillation temperature,the heat exchange network model of the device was established.According to the pinch point principle,For atmospheric distillation device is not optimized and the optimized in hot simulation results,analyzes the minimum heat transfer temperature difference and heat recovery and heat exchange network optimization after the actual data,the simulation data is compared with the actual operation of the calibration value,in the process,the equipment unchanged,on the basis of adjustment scheme is put forward.Finally,this study divided the atmospheric distillation unit with the optimized heat exchange network optimization simulation results comparison research,analyzes the three stages of crude oil in the heat exchange network performance,finally found that the optimized atmospheric distillation has solved the atmospheric column recovery problem of the unreasonable flow distribution of lateral line products,and because the optimized often 2 circulation flow of ascension,to avoid the high temperature low,Realized energy saving and consumption reduction.
