This article is based on a certain petrochemical company 3.5 million tons/year atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of process planning and design of the data, collecting and distributing control system(DCS) of calibration report and operation data acquisition device, the use of Aspen software for simulating process flow and heat exchange network design optimization, optimization of heat exchange network in order to realize the global energy in chemical process optimization.Flow chart of the early stage of the modeling, the drawing principle, proper adjustment of the actual process, the full process simulation with Aspen plus software.
