Study On Integrating Achieving Competitive Excellence(ACE) Philosophy Into Environment Health And Safety(EHS) System

Green and high quality development is the focus of sustainable development of industry in China.It is the current consensus in China to improve the level of environmental safety and health management to help enterprises obtain competitive advantage.Access to competitive advantage(ACE)is a joint technology company to optimize the production and operation process,improve product quality and management level and customer satisfaction,so that enterprises have a stronger overall competitiveness of the operation system.Environmental health and safety(EHS)management system is an important management content for enterprises to improve their awareness of environmental safety and pursue sustainable development,but it is usually independent of the core operation system of enterprises.How to EHS Management System and Nuclear Heart operation system integration is an important way to improve the efficiency of EHS management system.Taking the integration of ACE system and EHS management of a subsidiary company of aviation business as the research object,this paper focuses on the integration of 12 links and tools and EHS management of the company’s ACE.The research found that S the management of the company,the ACE 12 management tools according to the national macro management regulations,industry management norms and the requirements of third-party audit institutions for the company,formulate macro EHS management content and process.After that,through the analysis of specific management projects,management methods and managers,the detailed planning and management methods of HSE management are formulated,and the management effect is analyzed through various inspections.As in market feedback analysis,based on Market demand analysis and customer satisfaction survey to determine whether the company’s managers,employees and external customers are satisfied with the company’s EHS management services,to achieve ACE tools market feedback analysis and EHS management requirements of the macro relationship;When applying the root cause analysis,combine the root cause analysis tool with the company’s EHS accident investigation,according to the EHS accident report and investigation procedure requirements,fish bone map,failure mode analysis,event map and other corresponding tools to find the cause of the accident,ensure that in EHS management,pay attention to safety and health,but also pay attention to the cause analysis of safety accidents,deepen the EHS management body System;in the application of quality process diagnosis chart,based on ACE quality process diagnosis method,first define EHS related processes,including problem finding,problem analysis,problem solving and summary and reflection.After that,the company quality process is analyzed and diagnosed through specific management tools to ensure compliance with EHS management objectives.Through the research,it is found that the ACE and EHS integration score of S company is 96.03,which reaches the level of no defect,which shows that the ACE and EHS integration of the company has achieved good efficiency and promotes the optimization and development of the company’s EHS management system.The application of ACE concepts and tools to the EHS management of S companies can provide a useful reference for Chinese manufacturing enterprises to improve their EHS management level.
