| At present,the world’s transportation and automobile manufacturing are developing rapidly,resulting in a sharp increase in the amount of waste tires.Waste tires pose a serious threat to the public health and environment safety.Waste tires contain reusable rubber materials,fibers and metals,so discarding them directly without comprehensive utilization can be a serious waste of resources.Renovation,reclaimed rubber production,pyrolysis,rubber powder production and incineration have become the main routes for waste tires disposal.With the advent of some new waste tire crushing equipment,large particle rubber and rubber powder can be pulverized into fine rubber powder(particle size 0.25 mm or less)and ultrafine rubber powder for modified asphalt or modified coating.Partial replacement of raw rubber(such as synthetic rubber,natural rubber)used in tire production,etc.,is to maximize its value.Therefore,in-depth study of the rational application of the downstream industry of rubber powder is of great significance to promote the development of waste tire rubber recycling technology in our country.This thesis mainly studies the reaction and grinding of waste tire rubber powder with a proper amount of softener under certain temperature conditions to obtain recycled tire polymer.Then,different proportions of recycled polymer are added to the alkyd resin to prepare waste tire rubber modified alkyd resin coating,and the properties of the modified coating are characterized,the optimal reaction temperature,softener type,softener ratio,recycled polymer dosage and other process conditions are certain to obtain qualified waste tire rubber modified alkyd resin coating.1、Preparation of recycled polymer from waste tire rubber powderAccording to the oil solubility of waste tire rubber powder and the characteristics of carbon-carbon double bonds,oil-soluble and C=C-containing substances are selected for screening softeners.Plant oils(soybean oil,flax oil,peanut oil,rapeseed oil),rosin acid,dichloroethylene,trichloroethylene were used as softeners for waste tire rubber powder,vegetable oils and rosin acids were also used as make alkyd resins basic materials.The experiment shows that soybean oil in vegetable oil has the best softening effect on waste tire rubber,followed by sesame oil.Other solvents have poor compatibility with waste tire rubber and poor softening effect.Therefore,soybean oil is used as waste tire rubber softener.In the process of rubber treatment of waste tires,the regenerated polymer was finally obtained by changing the reaction temperature,reaction time,stirring speed and different ratios of waste tire rubber powder and soybean oil.The experimental results show that the optimum reaction temperature is controlled at 160℃,the reaction is carried out for 8h,the stirring speed is 100-150 r/min,and the optimum blending ratio of rubber powder to soybean oil is 1:4.2、Study on the preparation and performance of rubber modified alkyd resin coatings for waste tiresUsing a self-made recycled polymer and adding different proportions in the alkyd resin,a series of waste tire rubber modified alkyd resin coatings were prepared,and the performance of the matched coatings was tested according to the national standard.The obtained regenerated polymer is added to the alkyd resin in different proportions of 1%to 15%,and then judged by a series of test data such as surface drying,solid drying time,hardness,salt water resistance and acid resistance.a better ratio of modified coatings,At the same time,let it compare with the finished alkyd coating and the standard requirements to determine whether it can meet the requirements of alkyd resin coating.The experiment found that when the amount of recycled polymer added is less than or equal to 5%,the performance of the modified coating can reach the standard,and the surface of the modified coating is dry,hardness and water and acid resistance when the amount of recycled polymer is 10%or more.None of them can meet the standard.Therefore,the amount of the regenerated polymer obtained from the waste tire and soybean oil in a ratio of 1:4 is at most 5%~10%in the alkyd resin coating.3、Characterization and Analysis of Paint Film of Modified Alkyd Resin for Waste Tire RubberAccording to XRF,SEM,FTIR,TG and other characterization techniques,the structure and composition of the modified paint film were studied.The results show that the modified paint film has better flexibility and thermal stability,and has better utilization value.4、Economic Benefit Analysis of Modified Alkyd Resin Coatings for Waste Tire RubberAt present,the demand for alkyd resin coatings in China is about 0.5 million tons.If 20%of them add rubber powder to regenerate polymers,the net profit will increase by 24.5 million yuan.If the proportion of alkyd resin coating added with rubber powder recycled polymer reaches 50%,the net profit will increase to 61 million yuan,which will greatly promote the research of rubber powder modification.This paper applies waste tire rubber powder to alkyd resin coating,which further improves the utilization and added value of waste tire rubber powder.This treatment method is environmentally friendly and reuses resources,and has a good development prospect.The form of circular economy development is also advocated and required by our country. |
