Because of its cold-resistant,fast-growing,and strong resistance,Betula is often popular as a protective tree species.As the main extract of Betula bark,betulin is extremely valuable,and its anti-tumor properties have won high attention.At present,the excessive of the development of tall trees such as B.platyphylla has led to a sharp shortage of forest plant resources,and various incidental problems are about to emerge.This research is mainly to re?use the residues of four types of Betula:B.platyphylla,B.costata,B.davurica,and B.ovalifolia to prepare wood vinegar liquid and use the main by-product biomass carbon in the preparation process to prepare activated carbon,and their application Value research and discussion,in order to realize the development of Betula,provide forest reserve plant resources,and study its application value.The specific results are as follows:1.With the increase of the production power,the yields of the four types of Betula wood vinegar all showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,the output of charcoal gradually decreased,and the refined yield was negatively correlated with the output of crude wood vinegar;the pH range was between 2.29-2.97,and the pH value was negatively related to the total acid content;the density range was 1.0031-1.1091 The higher the final temperature,the smaller the density value,the water content range is 37.31%-51.23%.2.The main chemical components of 16 kinds of Betula wood vinegar prepared under four production powers of 500 W,1000 W,1500 W,and 2000 W were analyzed by GC-MS technology,and 4 kinds of Betula residue wood at different powers were obtained.The main organic components of vinegar are phenols,ketones,aldehydes,acids and so on.The wood vinegar produced under the condition of rated power of 1500 W has the highest active ingredient content,among which the active ingredient content of B.platyphylla wood vinegar is 90.86%,B.costata wood vinegar 95.25%,B.davurica wood vinegar 95.55%,B.ovalifolia wood vinegar 95.66%.3.Four kinds of self-made birch activated carbon were prepared by zinc chloride activation method,and the parameters of commercially available activated carbon were used as a control.The specific surface area and pore volume of activated carbon of B.platyphylla were 656.79 m2/g and 0.355 8 cm3/g,B.costata was 560.03 m2/g and 0.303 2 cm3/g,B.davurica at 640.12 m2/g and 0.315 1 cm3/g,B.ovalifolia at 795.11m2/g and 0.435 4 cm3/g,compared to the commercially available activated carbon,both 318.82 m2/g and 0.283 3 cm3/g are significantly improved.The order of the removal rate and adsorption amount of methylene blue in water from large to small is that of B.ovalifolia activated carbon>B.platyphylla activated carbon>B.davurica activated carbon>B.costata activated carbon>commercially available activated carbon.4.The four types of Betula wood vinegar at different dilution concentrations were used to irrigate wheat,eggplant,and periwinkle seeds.The results showed that in addition to low concentration 500 times diluted B.costata vinegar has an inhibitory effect on the germination of eggplant and periwinkle seeds,and 500 times diluted B.davurica vinegar has an inhibitory effect on the germination of periwinkle seeds,the 1000-fold,1500-fold,and 2000-fold dilution conditions of wood vinegar can significantly promote the germination and seedling growth of wheat,eggplant,and periwinkle seeds,with statistical significance.In addition,the effects of different kinds of Betula vinegar on plant seeds are also significantly different,which can be used in the field of environment-friendly pesticides and green plant growth promoters.The results of this experiment proved the potential value of Betula development,and laid a theoretical basis for the smooth development of Betula products and the provision of forest reserve plant resources.Meanwhile,it is of great significance to the research of Betula vinegar and the development and innovation of natural products. |
