Wood vinegar is a general term for liquid products obtained by collecting condensed vapor gas mixture generated during biomass pyrolysis.The composition of wood vinegar is more complicated,and the content of phenol and acid substances is more and more effective.In this experiment,three kinds of crude wood vinegars,such as hardwood vinegar,elm wood vinegar and birch wood vinegar,were refined by static-activated carbon adsorption,static-activated carbon adsorption-rotation evaporation treatment.And GC-MS analysis was carried out.It was found that the compound with static GC-recombined eucalyptus vinegar had a total GC content of 92.04%,and 37 compounds were identified.The stationary-activated carbon adsorption-rotary evaporation treatment Compounds with a total GC content of 97.37%of birch wood vinegar were identified and 28 compounds were identified.The polyphenols in wood vinegar were determined by the Fulin phenol method.The total phenolic content of the three wood vinegars was 16.99 mg/L of beech,35.54 mg/L of birch,and 83 mg/L of hardwood.Determination of antioxidant capacity of three wood vinegar,mulberry extract,burdock leaf extract,and wood vinegar-extract compounding agent by hydroxyl radical and DPPH radical scavenging method,static-activated carbon adsorption treatment The three wood vinegars have stronger scavenging power against hydroxyl radicals and DPPH· than the static-activated carbon adsorption-rotation evaporation wood vinegar,and the scavenging rate is high.The ethanol extract of Mulberry has strong anti-oxidation effect,and the concentration is increased,the antioxidant effect is enhanced,and its antioxidant effect is superior to hydroxyl radical(·OH)to DPPH free radicals.The maximum concentration of extract is 10mg./ml,the DPPH free radical scavenging rate is 87.62%,and the compounding agent prepared after compounding with wood vinegar has certain oxidation resistance,and the effect of the compounding agent is more than that of wood vinegar or mulberry extract alone.Strong,in the anti-oxidation experiment of the clove leaf,the antioxidant effect increased with the increase of concentration,the DPPH free radical scavenging effect,the overall clearance rate is higher,by comparison,static-activated carbon adsorption refined wood The anti-oxidation effect of the vinegar and the extract is better than that of the standing-activated carbon adsorption-rotating evaporation refined wood vinegar and the extract.In this study,four plant seeds were soaked in the experiment with refined wood vinegar.The experimental results showed that the refined mixed liquor of distilled wood vinegar had a certain promoting effect on the germination of plant seeds.The germination rate(96.67%)of the Chinese cabbage seeds in the 2000-fold dilution of refined mixed wood vinegar was the highest.The eucalyptus seed germination rate and germination of "Changfeng Four Seasons" cabbage were immersed in the refined eucalyptus vinegar 200 times distilled water dilution solution.The highest index was 90%and 43.08,respectively,which was 2.22%and 2.53 higher than that of the distilled water control group.The refined mixed wood vinegar 500 times distilled water dilution solution promoted the germination of eucalyptus seeds,and the germination rate was 96.67%.When the refined deodorized hardwood wood vinegar was diluted more than 500 times,the germination rate of barley seeds was significantly promoted,and the germination rate reached 95.56%,96.67%and 95.56%,respectively,which were higher than the distilled water control group by 10.01%and 11.12%,respectively.,10.01%.The low-concentration refined birch wood vinegar promoted the seed germination of eucalyptus.When the dilution concentration was 500 times,the promoting effect was the most obvious.Compared with the distilled water control group,the relative germination rate was 12.9%,and the number of early germinated seeds was also more.The gennination potential reached 51.13%.
