| Strigolactones(SLs)are an important branch of natural products.They are a class of steroidal small molecule compounds that are widely found in the plant kingdom.Initially,scientists discovered that strigolactone induced seed germination of root parasitism.It was later discovered that strigolactone has a role in promoting the branch of Arbuscular mycorrhizal.In recent years,relevant evidence indicates that strigolactone can be used as a new generation of phytohormone,which has the biological function of inhibiting plant branch growth,and is applied to rice control,which is expected to greatly increase grain yield.Due to the significant biological activity of strigolactone,strigolactone has become a research hotspot in recent years.Many foreign scholars have isolated,biological functions,biosynthesis and signal transduction pathways in unicornolactone.A lot of work has been carried out in many aspects.Since natural strigolactone is very low in nature,it is difficult to obtain natural strigolactone by separation and extraction.In order to gain a thorough understanding of the related properties of strigolactone,scientists designed and synthesized strigolactone analogs such as GR24 based on the structure of natural strigolactone,but due to the long synthetic route,the synthesis site The need for expensive raw materials,expensive reagents,wasted a lot of manpower and material resources,the harsh conditions of the relevant reagents,and the loss of root watering(such as the pH of the soil)have hindered scientists from exploring it.Therefore,it is necessary to design a novel strigolactone analog with better biological activity based on the use of inexpensive raw materials,undergoing fewer synthetic steps,changing the absorption mode,and safe operation.This paper revolves around the structural design,synthesis and application of novel strigolactone analogues for the test of the activity of rice tillering control.The specific work includes the following two aspects:(1)By designing the structure,the novel natural strigolactone analog was synthesized from 2-5(H)-furanone,and the substrate 5-bromo-furan-2(5H)-one was synthesized with phenol(phenol and Thiophenol),carboxylic acid,amino acid,under the action of a base,a corresponding novel strigolactone analog is formed by a substitution reaction,and the raw material used in the reaction is simple and easy to obtain,and the cost is low,which is sharply reduced compared with the GR24 synthesis step,and Only cheap base is needed,and the yield is high.In this part of the study,we synthesized 46 new strigolactone analogs,43 of which are novel compounds.(2)Controlling inefficient tillering is a research hotspot in high-yield rice cultivation.Chemical regulation of rice tillering is the direction of future rice-growing technology.As a new type of plant-inhibiting hormone,strigolactones is effective in controlling rice tillers.Therefore,we selected eight representative compounds to control the rice monosodium lactone synthesis mutant d10 in the rice genus and the rice variety shiokari.Through the control of sputum activity,it was found that these eight compounds have certain inhibitory effects on rice tillering.Among these compounds,the difference probability of a4、a6、a1、a2、b1 was P<0.0008.According to the statistical hypothesis test,when P<0.05,the effect is significant.When P<0.01,the effect is extremely significant.Obviously,the biological activities of these compounds are quite good.We believe that compounds with better biological activity will It provides a very valuable exploration for the subsequent structural optimization,which can accelerate the large-scale application of the new strigolactone to controlling rice tillers,and set up a solid foundation for increaseing of rice production. |
