At present,urban rail transit is widely used in large and medium-sized cities to relieve traffic pressure due to its large traffic volume,fast speed,and low energy consumption.Relevant statistics show that among the serious safety accidents in urban rail transportation operations,the number of fire accidents is the highest,the number of casualties caused is the highest,and the frequency of occurrence is also greatly accelerated.Therefore,the fire hazard of urban rail transit cannot be ignored.In order to provide a scientific basis for preventing fire and emergency management of urban rail transit operations,the author’s work is as follows:(1)Based on the urban rail transit fire fault tree analysis,the current regulations and relevant literature surveys,jump out of the "human,machine,environment,management" system view,an assessment index system was initially constructed from six aspects: fire source,fire performance,fire extinguishing ability,evacuation ability,safety management situation and environment factors.And use the expert investigation method to further amend,thus establishing the assessment index system of this article.(2)The assessment index system was combined with Group Decision Theory,Analytic Hierarchy Process,Extension Theory and Fuzzy Math Theory to establish a assessment model suitable for urban rail transit system.The assessment model can not only balance the ambiguity and accuracy of the assessment calculation process,and make the assessment results more scientific.The model includes determining the assessment matter element,setting the classic domain and node domain,determining the index weight,calculating the correlation function and judging the level of correlation.(3)On the basis of the determined assessment index system and assessment model,the fire risk assessment software for urban rail transit operations was developed using Visual Studio 2010,C # language and SQL Server 2008R2.The author uses a variety of methods to complete the construction of core functions such as determining index weights,risk assessment calculations,obtaining risk reduction recommendations,and generating assessment reports.(4)A subway station in N City,Zhejiang Province was analyzed and assessed by expert scoring method and the fire risk assessment software.It is proved that the assessment software can simplify the assessment calculation process and clearly show the risk level of the indicators of the system.It can also propose scientific and effective countermeasures for reducing risks.The example not only verifies the scientificity,accuracy and practicability of the assessment model,but also reflects the operability and simplicity of the assessment software.
