Energy resources are the driving force for a country’s development,which are related to the prosperity and stability of the society and the living standards of the people.However,with the rapid development of China’s economy and the advancement of modernization,energy exhaustion and environmental degradation have become problems that cannot be ignored.Heating by electricity instead of coal can be an important measure for building a clean low-carbon energy system and improving the atmospheric environment.At the same time,as a large-scale incremental load,the access of electric heating loads will lead to a profound change in the load characteristics of the power grid,which will bring shock to the power grid,and also raise new problems for distribution network planning.Therefore,before the large-scale implementation of the "coal to electricity" project,a time sequence planning optimization method that takes into account both user transformation and distribution network upgrade needs to be proposed,which has certain guidance for the stage construction in the actual construction and the future development of the power grid.Firstly,this paper starts with the research on the configuration mode of electric heating equipment and establishes the thermal load models of different equipment.After that,the electrical load characteristic models of typical equipment by taking economy and comfort as the objective function is established,and it obtains the power load curve of users at different setting temperatures by means of heat determines electricity.Then this paper analyzes the ability to absorb renewable energy and superimposes the base load of users in the area,thereby establishes the load characteristic model of the "coal to electricity" area.Lastly,the substation is taken as the regional center,and the weighted Voronoi diagram method is used to divide the region,the spatial layout model of loads and substations in the transformation area is established to provide basic support for subsequent timing planning.Then,considering the decision of power load and substation capacity at the same time,this timing multi-stage planning problem is modeled and solved by using the idea of dynamic programming.Firstly,the single-stage model is established based on the basic elements of dynamic programming.Then,considering the correlation between the stages,the global model is established with the economic optimization of the whole construction cycle as the objective function.Lastly,the genetic algorithm and backtracking algorithm are used to realize the optimization and dimensionality reduction process of state and decision in each stage.The entire solution process is introduced in detail through the solution of a simple example.Finally,this paper integrates the Python with ArcGIS Engine,with the help of Qt.ultimately compiles and develops the "coal to electricity" project construction time sequence optimization planning software based on the PyCharm IDE.Through the calculation of a complex example,the optimization scheme of time sequence planning that meets the actual requirements is obtained,and the rationality and feasibility of the method are proved.
