A Study On Coordinated Development Of Ecological Protection And Characteristic Economy Of Tibetan Region In Southern Qinghai Province

After the Second World War,with the completion of the three scientific and technological revolutions,the world economy has developed rapidly.However,the rapid expansion of economy brings a series of problems,such as population expansion,resource shortage,environmental pollution and so on,which endanger the ecological environment.The theory of "GDP first" has been increasingly questioned,and people have begun to explore a development path in which economic development and ecological environment are in harmony.In China,with the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,environmental pollution has become an important challenge in China’s economic and social sustainable development.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China attaches great importance to the construction of ecological civilization,promotes the construction of ecological civilization to a strategic position in the overall layout,and opens a new era of ecological environment protection in China.Qingnan Tibetan Region is located at the source of the Three Rivers.The ecological environment is fragile and difficult to recover.At the same time,it is an ecological functional area in China.It has irreplaceable ecological value.On the other hand,the economic development of Qingnan Tibetan area is slow,and there is still a big gap with the economic development level of most of the country.It is a typical poverty-stricken area in China,and it is bearing the double pressure of ecological protection and economic development.Therefore,on the basis of protecting the ecological environment,relying on its own unique advantages to develop production,deeply tap its potential value,and realize the leap of economic strength,it is the biggest problem facing the Qingnan Tibetan Region.Based on the theory of ecology and economy,this paper first analyzes the ecological and environmental situation of Qingnan Tibetan area from two aspects: the current situation of ecological protection and the current situation of economic development,and then focuses on the current situation of characteristic economic development of Qingnan Tibetan area,and studies the impact of various characteristicindustries on the ecological environment in the development process.On this basis,explore the uncoordinated performance in the process of ecological protection and characteristic economy development in Qingnan Tibetan area,find out the causes,and finally put forward suggestions for the coordinated development of ecological protection and characteristic economy in Qingnan Tibetan area.
