For a long time, the rapid development of the economy and society requires continuous replenishment of agricultural products, which has resulted in the unfavorable situation of expanding land cultivation area through large-scale deforestation and reclamation at the expense of large amounts of resources, pollution of rural ecological environment, and destruction of agricultural resources It has caused harm to agricultural and rural farmers,so constructing an ecological compensation mechanism is the key to improving the ecological environment, and the formulation of ecological compensation standards is a difficult point of the ecological compensation mechanism. There are many problems in the implementation process. What pricing method is currently adopted? Standards have drawn the attention of governments and academia. Most of the current pricing methods in China are based on a uniform fixed standard, and compensation is based on the area of the protected land. This method is simple and easy to implement, but it is easy to cause problems of excessive compensation or insufficient compensation. In government public finance projects, conservation auction are a relatively new pricing method. This method incorporates the risk appetite of stakeholders and the subjective willingness of participation costs to clearly understand their willingness to accept and obtain an effective minimum compensation price. In order to improve the efficiency of ecological compensation and save government funds. This article uses experimental economics methods to investigate whether conservation auction reduce farmers ’willingness to accept and further analyze the heterogeneity of farmers’ impacts. This article specifically studies the following aspects:(1)Taking farmers as experimental samples, simulating the experimental environment, and studying whether protecting auctions reduces farmers’ willingness to accept and improves the efficiency of fund use.(2)Construct an OLS model and empirically study the heterogeneity of farmers with this effect. After researching the above contents, the following conclusions are reached:(1)From the perspective of farmers ’willingness to accept, the introduction of a discriminatory price conservation auction mechanism based on a fixed standard compensation mechanism to analyze the impact on farmers’ willingness to accept. The results show that the conservation auction mechanism reduces farmers’ willingness to accept. For farmers with different characteristics, conservation auctions have different effects on reducing their willingness to accept. This paper uses the lowest compensation difference as the dependent variable for empirical tests.(2)Gender has a significant impact on its reduction effect. The minimum compensation difference for women is greater than the minimum compensation difference for men.The conservation auction has a greater effect on reducing women’s willingness to accept.(3)Age has a significant effect on its reducing effect. The younger the peasant households, the stronger the ability to work, the migrant workers obtain economic resources, the weak dependence on land, and the more conservation auction will reduce their willingness to accept.(4)The proportion of agricultural income has a significant impact on its reducing effect.Farmers with a high proportion of agricultural income have a strong dependence on land, and conservation auction have little effect on reducing their willingness to accept.(5)Risk appetite has a significant impact on its reducing effect. The more risk-oriented farmers are,the greater the role of conservation auction in reducing their willingness to accept.(6)Environmental protection consciousness has a significant impact on the reduction effect. The more environmentally conscious farmers, the more conservation auction will reduce their willingness to accept.Related policy suggestions are put forward:(1)In our country,a protective auction mechanism can be introduced to improve the efficiency of funds through competitive bidding.(2)We must vigorously develop the rural economy, promote the integration and development of rural primary, secondary, and tertiary industries, and help diversify and increase the income of farmers.(3)When formulating agricultural ecological compensation policies,we should pay attention to the risk appetite of farmers, and reduce their anxiety about participating in the project.(4)Starting from the government level, increase farmers’ environmental awareness and reduce environmental pollution.
