Research On HN Airline’s Safety Performance Management

Safety is the lifeline of the aviation industry.How to use data modeling to implement effective safety management results and process measurement,accurately match the organization’s safety resources investment and achieve the organization’s safety control objectives is the practical significance of the research on civil aviation safety performance management.This thesis focuses on HN aviation company’s safety performance management research.First of all,based on the difficulty in quantifying the safety process control by the global aviation industry,the practical significance and value of the theoretical research on the safety performance of airlines are extended.Then,the development of safety performance management of International Civil Aviation Organization(ICAO),Civil Aviation Administration of China,International Air Transport Association(IATA)and other official institutions,global airlines,air traffic control bureaus,airports and aviation auxiliary enterprises is described,and the key concepts,theoretical tools,best practices and development bottlenecks involved in safety performance research are summarized it also introduces the system design and analysis tools of HNA’s safety performance management.Then,from the four dimensions of airline’s safety results,operation overview,key risks and key links,the definition types,monitoring methods and early warning control mechanisms of various indicators are described.Finally,a set of weighted scoring and grading rules is designed for the quantitative results of the four types of safety performance indicators,which aims to help the organization achieve the visual presentation goal of the overall management and control level of safety performance of an airline company.At the same time,the safety performance rating and grading management and control functions of all members of the group under the same rules are also designed.This paper holds that if an airline wants to do a good job in safety management,it should pay more attention to the management and control of safety process indicators,such as basic safety input,personnel training,key risk management,manual and rule improvement,style and culture construction,in addition to the aviation safety outcome indicators concerned by the authorities,such as accidents and accident symptoms,so as to carry out a comprehensive management of the airline objective and fair safety evaluation can provide decision basis for manager to specify long-term safety objectives and vision,match safety resources investment and implement safety governance and internal control of aviation enterprises,objectives and vision,match safety resources investment and implement the safety management and internal control of the company.
