| Thin film transfer technology is one of the key technologies of vertical packaging machine,which is widely used in the field of industrial automation.Because the thin film is soft and flexible,its transmission stability becomes the main technical difficulty in the thin film transmission technology at high speed.In this paper,focusing on the unstable problems such as longitudinal slippage,lateral migration and folding in the process of thin film transmission of vertical packaging machine,theoretical modeling and simulation analysis are combined to explore its rules.The main work and conclusions are as follows:According to the design requirements of the vertical packaging machine and the characteristics of the packaging object,the main reason for the instability in the process of film transmission is the fluctuation of film tension.Adopt the active roller and the film structure to transport the film together,the floating roller and the adjusting roller control the film tension,and the guide roller control the film transport lateral deviation.This paper analyzes the film in the process of conveying all force,based on the conservation of angular momentum theorem,the conservation of mass theorem and space geometry description of forming mathematical model established respectively the roller traction,Roll-to-Roll basic transmission unit,lapel shape dynamics model,studies the control torque,traction,friction torque,speed and load inertia,structure,the relationship between the geometric parameters of combining the structural geometric constraint solver parameters window and control the size of the moment and traction.Adopting longitudinal slip,lateral displacement and fold index quantitative description of film transmission stability,factors affecting mechanical model and tension,respectively explores the film longitudinal sliding,lateral displacement and critical conditions of fold,tension fluctuation and the stability index is established,the relationship between the and the film includes critical tension and structure parameters of stability analysis model,for solving the film tension and its control precision in the established theory basis.Based on the stability analysis model established above,the structure of the lapel shaper and the layout parameters of the roller are solved respectively,and the detailed structure design is realized based on the modularization and interface constraints,which verifies that the model established in this paper and the proposed method can be used in the research and development and optimization of other vertical packaging machines. |
